VERY UNSAFE!!!!!!! BEWARE! I'm a mom traveling with my 17 yr old daughter. We checked in late about 1am to get some sleep before we continued to travel. We had to change rooms because the 1st room was smoking and my daughter has asthma and severe allergies. The front desk wouldn't answer the phone and we had to walk up to the front to talk to them. She didn't want to switch rooms until we asked for a refund. Now all of a sudden they can switch our room. Then in the new room the latch was faulty and broken. The phone did not work! The front desk gave a STRANGER our hotel key to our room and someone was pushing our door open at 2am while we slept. Luckily I had barricaded the door so this man couldn't completely walk in. I screamed so loud I lost my voice for a bit. They staff handled themselves poorly. They made me feel like I was being unreasonable. They didn't offer for us to come into the lobby to wait even though we were two females that felt completely unsafe waiting outside the locked up lobby of this hotel waiting for the manager to be called and to get a refund so we could leave and drive all night without any sleep. I wanted to be checked out immediately in fear for my 17 yr old daughter and my own safety. I filed a report. I had to threaten to call the police before I got any kind of reaction or action from them. I hope to God they reevaluate their safety issues. I was prepared for the room not to be perfect, but UNSAFE? They should have put two females traveling alone in safer room and not given a stranger the key to our room a hour after checking us in. It was dead there! They should have at least tried to be understanding and they were gaslighting me the whole, entire time. They should be ashamed!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The rooms had a musty smell and unpleasant smoky odor. One of the air conditioning had a broken thermostat that could not change the temperature.

This motel is a slum There are drug addicts and drug dealers and questionable characters around the property. I cancelled my reservation. I didn't even step foot inside of the room within minutes of making my reservation. And they are so low budget that they refuse to refund me my money. The motel is trashy the service is even transier. Before you book here, pack your bags and run before is too late.

Decent motel for the price - fairly clean and recently renovated rooms. People, don’t expect a luxury hotel in Florida for $80 a night. You’ll be disappointed every time. This hotel is reasonably decent FOR THE PRICE. For those wanting more, be prepared to pay double.

This was a real live roach motel, (yes I said ROACH!!!) . We booked the mess online and when we got the to check in the lobby smelt like old toes, but unfortunately we still gave it the benefit of the doubt. We were given the room key to 3 different rooms. Room #1 was not cleaned at all, the sheets were bunched up on the bed like some one just woke up and trash was all on the floor and it was deadly stink in there. So we went back to the office and they gave us a key to room #2 the bed was made but stunk badly and when my wife went to the bathroom there was a roach crawling in the sink. So we went back to the office and got the keys to room #3 when we entered there was a roach crawling on the chair and on the floor. So we went back to the office and demanded a refund and went to the Hilton at a higher price minus roaches.

Positive: The rooms look nice and the location was a good spot Negative: The pool was not clean They did not clean our room or replaced our towels. One of the cleaners was very pushy about us checking out early. The Was breakfast not the best. We found a roach in our room. Negative: ""

Positive: Location. Negative: Advertised "High Speed Internet". No internet in my room, and no cell service.Clerk acknowledged the internet was bad, and could call the provider for a reset,I asked if that would help said "not really".Mgr refused to speak w/me. Negative: ""

Minor issues but...vending machines don't carry water. And...bought chips, price tag clearly reads $1.25. Two dollars submitted...should receive .75 back. Didn't. Went to the front desk, clerk tells us, nothing he can do. In the interim another guest wanted chips...put 2 bucks in and Didn't get their .75 change. Now the price is clearly marked, $1.25. NOT $2.00. Then the morning breakfast. Terrible coffee and the waffle mix came out mostly watery. Front desk clerk notified and says, should be that way. Wrong answer. Mixture should be thick. Next guest wants a waffle and filled that plastic cup also, mostly watery and also complained to no avail. Another guest says...does nothing to complain as it won't change. In their defense perhaps the mag of waffle mix was just to cold and collected moisture inside the bag. The breakfast is not what other Quality Inn and Suites offer. Less items here. Room? We already know.. wear socks or shoes as the bare floor is not really clean. But, come out of the shower and walk on the floor and the bottoms of your feet are dirty. 2 towels in the room. Would be great to have 4 when 2 people per room are staying. Use the swimming pool and using the same towels to shower off in your room. Just little issues that made the stay...not the best when compared to other QI's. Would we stay here again? No. Not when their are other motels nearby. The vending machine issue is minor but it's still money. .75 cents...maybe 10 guests'...adds up. Clerk should have issued the refund change then and not played it off. Picture attached. Price is 1.25.
