Quality Inn Americus - Hotel in Americus - 1205 S Martin Luther King Blvd, USA

Price reasonable. Front desk staff very pleasant. The room was fairly clean but not the best. The bed was comfortable A/C worked. The entrance to your room is directly from the outside. Courtyard around the pool area was pretty but the pool was not open. There is an on site restaurant where breakfast is served diner style. Coupon for breakfast received at check-in. The young man serving us was very nice. The food selection was slim and the quality not the best. Overall a decent stay for the price.

I had no problems with service, the people running this place that I met were very nice and helpful. The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired but I was able to get clean. I will be staying here again.

Thanks to the Kaitlyn being at the front desk, my check in and out experience was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely helpful to me and any concern I may have had regarding my stay. She was able to provide local eateries and just a pleasure meeting. Thank you Kaitlyn!

Hotel is very dated. But clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing!! Girl in restaurant said they were trying to up their reviews. I’d say they succeeded! Could you some updating and quality control. Shower drain was clogged. And several electrical outlets were broken. Overall very comfy!!

Check in: Friendly Room: We found the room to be very comfortable. Lots of hot water for the tub. Room temperature was easily controlled and the beds were comfy. A quiet sleep. Breakfast: Was included with our room as a choice hotel member. Breakfast was served to us and was toast, 2 eggs, grits, a sausage and coffee.

SCAM ALERT I booked ahead explaining that I was paying for someone else and they said that was fine. Then when my elderly family arrived, they said I must send a credit card authorization form which asked for my credit card number by email. That is not secure and illegal. This company will get your credit card hacked. They were not willing to accept the form without the number.

Me and a coworker went for lunch to the buffet on Wednesday and it was good...they had dressing and it was good...had not been there in a long time so we tried it out. Floyd the waiter/ hostess is ALWAYS nice and observant to us.

Positive: location. i did not have to drive through Americus to leave out for Plains each morning. Negative: housekeeping did not clean my room for the second day. i did not leave a "do not disturb" sign on the door.
