Customer service is great. Walls very thin, we could hear the alarm on the other side. Great location and family felt safe. Breakfast needs some kind of meat. 🥓 [Great Texas waffles] No workout room. Hot tub and pool are very clean. The price was great.
This was the second time me and my wife coming back to this hotel. We love the atmosphere and the people that work there are very kind and helpful. Moe check us in and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay at.
Being so close to Dallas we wanted some where safe. Searching other reviews I opted for this motel. Room & bathroom were very clean. We felt safe in the parking area. It was far enough back from HWY 75 we heard no road noise. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights in ground floor. With our ac unit on continuous fan we slept well and only heard other guests 1 time and it was very minimal. The pool was fairly good size and water was not too cold. The worst thing I can say about this motel is the coffee was not great. It came from a dispenser machine. They had waffle makers, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, hot & cold cereal, microwaveable breakfast wraps. We opted to eat breakfast out. At the local IHOP which was good. Value for the price was good. Would stay here again.
This place is the perfect hotel. I went a year ago and it wasn’t great. This year is a whole new place. Fresh, clean, organized and very friendly! At such an affordable price in such a great location it deserves a 6th start! Keep up the great work! If your traveling stay here. You won’t be disappointed. And the pool and spa are immaculate! 👍😇
First night sheets were wet or damp. Woke up the next morning had red spots on my waist ,complained to staff they took pictures .. got a call later that day they did a complete room cleaning, kept us in the same room. Next morning I'm covered in over 30 bites all the way in my privates ,figured we had to stay to finish job we came here to do and didn't think spreading bed bugs was a smart idea .they never seamed to care one bit. Checked out this morning and was asked how was the stay I said terrible I'm covered in bed bug bites. Never acted concerned at all. Never offered a discount and charged me full rate. The staff seemed like they rather you not bug them or ask questions.. like they are bothered by people. Just give me your money. Would not recommend them. I called Allen / Plano heath inspector.. let's see if Allen actually dose something.. bed bugs spread and go home with you. We bathed in a cup of bleach with a full tub. Throw away the clothes we had. Thanks for such a great place to rest after 12 hour work days.
Good proximity to DFW and we were ready to stop for the night, so from that perspective, the location was just what we needed. Service desk agents both very friendly. Notice to future travelers that there is no elevator. Shower curtain wasn't long enough until it was wet and could stick to the side of the tub and even then only overlapped by a couple inches. My son got the floor pretty wet. Sorry about that! Biggest disappointment was the loud banging from the room next door starting at about 930am. I understand if repairs need to be made, but we could have been alerted when we checked in. Oh, and the complete front piece of the air unit fell off in the middle of the night, scaring us awake.
This place is absolutely amazing the facility is older but very nice! The indoor pool is amazing great sunset and sunrise views it's absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very clean no bugs smells good . the carpet in the halls is older and questionable but it's not terrible just older I definitely recommend coming to this hotel. P.S The breakfast is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
The first thing you are "welcomed" with is overpowering fragrances. Highly highly perfumed! 🤢 The second floor is also highly perfumed... and MUSTY!! The first thing I noticed when I got to our door... evidence tape.... okay... The second we walked into the room... MUSTY PENNIES!! The smell was horrible! There was also evidence tape on our window, as well as what looked like a blood stain on the floor. I am guessing there was either a murder or an attempt in this room. The smells alone made it super uncomfortable for us. The beds were old and saggy. If anyone knows the history of room 210... I'd love to know.

Nice preserve area for walking and being in nature! Lot of shade during hot summer months. Quiet place and lot to learn about nature and plants. Dogs friendly, just watch out for snakes and poison ivy ð Recommend!

The childrenâs play area looks small at first but it really has quite a variety of activities the kids can do. Slides, SWINGS, lots of climbing areas, ride on bouncy horses. Plus I like that there are lots of shady benches for parents to sit on.
This is a nice park quiet friendly clean safe during this hot summer there's not a lot of shade where the actual play swings and slides are so you may want to come either in the morning or the afternoon
