Now I been staying at this hotel off & on last couple of months for work, & I have got to say that while some of the rooms are alright, seems like most are not. Last night , room 138 to be exact, BOTH beds were broken & the a/c was not working at all. One of my previous stays the rooms smelled like cat urine. The washer & dryers are no good, Also the location couldn’t be worse, yes it’s near the airport but that probably the only perk. If it were up to me & not the company I most definitely would never stay here again.

The service was amazing but that's the only good thing. The hotel is in a pretty sketchy area with a lot of homeless. Someone who I know said that someone tried getting into their room while staying at this hotel. Also, the bathroom shower floods after a few seconds. The shower pressure is fine but it was kind of weird standing in water while taking a shower. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were an inch and a half tall and not very wide. They also had a strange cent. The blow dryer died in a few seconds and the iron burnt through our clothes. The TV has good selection and the beds were actually really comfy. Also I stayed on the 1st floor and didn't have any bug issues. When I sat on the toilet seat cover I could feel it sink and I am pretty light. The breakfast was kind of gross since the eggs were oddly shaped and pastries cold. The waffles were very chewy but not that bad.

Highlights: Cleanliness; refreshing and tidy first impression. Negatives: Experienced some minor racist comments directed towards Caribbean descent and certain Hispanic parties, would NOT recommend Ms. Ana for appropriate conversation or maintaining an unbiased opinion to your traveling families. Wish I could write more.

8/10. Another long ride and thanks to locals I was able to source a Quality Inn that was in a relatively safe area. Apparently there are some areas where vehicles are getting targeted for break in / vandalism etc. Not great news for a motorcycle being parked outside. So, do your homework in this area. ||Anyway, the airport Quality Inn was in a good area, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and provided a safe and comfortable evening's worth of sleep.

When arrived for our 2 night reservation, there was a car that was circling the lot and parked within distance, even after moving the vehicle again. Felt very unsafe with 2 children. Left immediately and did not return. Tried calling to discuss the issue and had to call several times before someone picked up. Whomever I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful to assist us in feeing safe staying at their hotel or accommodate our cancellation. Will never return and do not recommend.

Stolen Vehicle from Parking lot!!!! Please do your research before booking a room in this hotel/area. Our vehicle was stolen from their parking lot in the middle of the night. The management staff was hard to work with through out the process of filling a police report and dealing with the shock of having a vehicle stolen. We checked in to the hotel 7/12/24 for a two night stay. The check in process was smooth and painless. I had shipped a package to the hotel in advance and it was ready for us when we arrived. The hotel is 15-20 from most touristy places in town and there is not a lot of business/restaurants near by but it was the best we could find at the moment we booked. The hotels is next to an RV campground and a trailer park. There is a 7-eleven gas station next to the hotel as well. After returning to the hotel from supper, all the parking spaces in the front of the building were taken and we did not want to park our vehicle next to the gas station (7-eleven) and decided to use their back parking lot. It worked out well because we were able to park the car across from our room in the 1st floor and see it from the window. The room was decent, carpet was stained and needs some updates but overall it was ok for a couple nights. The AC unit on the window was loud and the fan ran non stop. At 5:30am on 7/13 we were awaken by our toddler to get his day started. I looked out to window and found that our car was gone. My husband ran to the front desk to inquire about it as we thought maybe it was towed but the receptionist was not helpful and told him that they are not responsible for whatever happens to the vehicles. After asking if she could check the cameras, the receptionist refused to do so. She said she was “too overwhelmed” to do it and that he could come back at 7am when the next receptionist comes in. We called the police department and were able to confirm that our car was not towed and not on the impound record. At that point a case was opened for a stolen vehicle. At 7am my husband tried to talk to the new receptionist/manager (white hair individual) and she told him she did not have time to sit and watch the surveillance camera and told my husband that he could do it if he wanted to. The cameras that she showed him were not facing the side of the building and did not showed our vehicle. We later checked and there is another camera that would show the vehicle but she did not show him that footage. My husband decided to just let the police handle it at that moment. We understand that the hotel is not responsible for the vehicle loss but their lack of touch and help was so inhumane. She even asked my husband if he was going to cancel the reservation for night two so she could sell the room. We live 6 hours away from Colorado and we were not able to secure a rental to get back home and family had to come to pick us up. I personally spoke with the receptionist/manager after we had a plan on how to get home and asked her to at least not charge us for night two. She was willing to do so until I asked for a late check out on our room since we have a toddler and did not want to be out in the street without a room to change him. Our family was scheduled to arrive at the hotel by 2pm. She said that we had to be out of the room by 11 or she would still charge us for the second night. We stayed in the room because of necessity and our family arrived at 1:30pm and we left the hotel. I personally handed the keys to the receptionist/manager and she did not make eye contact or said anything to me. 24hrs later after we left the hotel our vehicle was located and was involved in a car accident 1 mile away from the hotel.

So I will say this, I travel this country and I stay at a lot of hotels.. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve stayed.. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone one here is awesome, friendly and respectful.. Maria the house keeper is my favorite, she does her job well.. Ana at the front desk is wonderful and her greetings every morning I see her makes me feel absolutely welcomed. The best for last the manager in the office, she has worked with me since April.. Thanks for what you do when it comes to my stay..

Melinda, who works at the front desk, gave us the wrong room - we ordered a king bed she gave us a twin. We get our new room and it takes forever for the key to work and the room smells funky. I walk my dog and when I come back my room card doesn’t work, so I go to the front and find that no one is at the front desk. Melinda has left a sign saying she will be back in five minutes, 30 minutes later I try calling the number they have for emergencies and no one will pick up. Melinda finally walks back and gives the long line of us attitude. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - THE HOTEL AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE SUCK!

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
