The staff is very friendly and professional. Beds were comfy. We could hear the highway but no big deal. The breakfast was seriously lacking - ex: they offered cereal but the milk was empty and not refilled so we had to buy our own - but it was better than nothing. We booked on a non-smoking area but had to walk through pot smoke in the halls and people smoking just outside the door daily.
Absolutely nasty. This place should be shut down. It's out dates inside and out. The rooms aren't very clean especially the bathrooms. There is no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. Our bathroom tub wouldn't drain when starting a shower. We switched rooms and the new room was slightly better than the first. The wall AC units are old and loud. Being so close to the thruway kept us all up all night. Seems like a good part of this hotel isn't being used and some of the rooms seem like odd people live there. The smell of the hotel is terrible they had plug in Air freshener down the hallways on high and that gave me a headache and didn't help cover the old musty, smoky, greasy smell that's throughout the hotel. Breakfast was just as bad. Very poor quality food and items remained unfilled. The front desk staff was slow and not very friendly or inviting. I called prior to arriving to confirm something on my reservation and the phone rang 10-15 times with no answer. I had to call 5 times before someone answered the phone. Outside the property has been neglected overgrown bushes or dead landscaping. The lawn wasn't mowed. There were multiple shipping container parked in the back of the hotel. This place had a odd, uninviting feel, sketchy. Something is definitely off here. We saw maybe two employees the whole time we were there. This place is very overpriced for one night for the quality of it. It's dirty, dated and seems very unsafe. I wish I could get a refund what a waste of money. DONT STAY HERE YOULL REGRET IT LIKE WE DO!! It seems like they are struggling to keep this place open doing the very minimum.
Positive: The staff are welcoming and helpful. Negative: The condition of this property does not represent the standards of Previous stays at Quality Inn. We could not use the shower as the drain would not empty. The beds and mattresses were in need of replacement long ago.
I will say the location is great. Right by the highway and interstate. Mile from shopping and food. The front desk ladies were great. Very helpful and kind. The rooms were dirty looking, bad lighting in hotel hallways. Kinda sketchy looking over all. Now it is an older hotel though. Needs a big upkeep.
Staff was great. The room cleanliness was not. There was garbage behind the night stand. I also found a bed bug because I got bit by one woke up starting searching and found it crawling up the head board my and my family packed up and left at 3 am.
Do not stay here or use phone reservation service. I was given false information about reviews for this hotel by reservation agent. I tried to cancel reservation within 5 minutes of booking and they would not honor request. I was charged the full nights charge plus a cancelation insurance that was tacked on without my knowledge. Cancelation insurance is a scam. This hotel is not honorable.
Positive: The location, cleanliness, front desk lady everyone were great !! Negative: The shower water was not draining well in our room. Everything else was great.
Our experience here was quite disappointing. We stayed for one night, and the front desk lady was extremely rude during check-in. Although breakfast was provided, the selection was very limited, with eggs and bacon not being served on time. This led to long lines of people waiting.
I needed a place for an overnight close to the airport and this filled the bill. The beds are comfy and the room was clean. My flight was very early, so I didn't get to sample breakfast, but it IS offered. Staff was friendly and offered quality sugge
This was our homebase while touring all of the fall sites in 2022. It was perfect and one of the best and cleanest Hilton Garden Inn's that I've stayed at. I would recommend this to anyone. The only negative to this location was that there was no
One of the local favorites..fresh ingredients is the key to their success. The people over there are also very friendly. The food quantity is really good. Affordable prices for the quantity and quality. Upgrade to the whole sub and share between two
We were looking for an early breakfast and stumbled on this historic diner. The food was delicious, portions large, service outstanding and the atmosphere was fun and lively between the staff and locals. What a rare treat.
I ordered a meal that I had mixed feelings on. I didn't like what I got. The waitress wanted to make it right. She was doing everything she could to make it right. I told her "I am the one who selected the meal and told her thank you for your great
If you are looking for a classic diner experience, look no further than Sugar and Spice. Sugar and Spice feels like home and everyone on the staff is very friendly. The food is exceptional and they will keep your coffee mug filled!
A family owned diner serving Chinese/American food. Service is very good! We got the crab rangoon, hot and sour soup, general tsos chicken, and pork fried rice. Everything was delicious, and the price is great. Highly recommended!
The food was over the top delicious. Excellent quality too! The brussel sprouts were roasted perfectly. This was my granddaughters first time there and she says this will be her first pick from now on when we are in the area. Every person we encounte
This plaza offers a variety. There is an insurance agent, a vet, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a couple of restaurants (Pizza shop and bagel shop). Easily accessible, and there is always parking.
This meal was fantastic! Eggplant parmesan and seafood diavablo. Sauce was delicious and piping hot. Pasta cooked perfectly. The server was cheerful and friendly. Too bad I was only passing through town. I want to try lots of menu items. I'll be bac
I haven't been to an Outback in a while, and this definitely renewed my interest in this restaurant chain. Their Tasmanian chili, which had no beans, contained steak pieces and was definitely worth the price. It was delicious! Their Strawberry salad
