Quality Inn - Hotel in Tunica Resorts - 2440 Casino Strp Res Blvd, USA

We needed an handicap room with a roll in shower. What they call handicap did not allow me to slide into the "tub". It was a regular room with added bars No room for wheelchair to turn around. The bed was lumpy. The room was scaulding hot.

Absolute worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in, in my life! Nobody else was available so we decided to stay there. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Had our 11yo son with us and the ENTIRE place smelled like weed and cigarettes. Floors were so disgusting that I wore shoes the entire time. Base boards in our room were falling off. The locks on the door were so bad that a 3 year old could have kicked the doors in. Hallway and room walls were disgusting with black marks all over like they have never been cleaned.Comforter had cigarette burn holes. Bath tub had burn marks. The "clean" towels literally had hair still in them along with stains. Parking lot was dirty. Employees were smoking right outside the side doors with the doors open. The people next to us were possibly doing back flips the entire night. Do not waste your time. Keep driving until you are far enough you cant smell the the musty, nasty, never cleaned hotel.

Had a wonderful stay. Linda at the front desk was an all star. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. She helped us out and reaaranged our rooms to better suit our group. She's an absolute joy. I've now stayed here 3 times and had Linda help us each time. She's the bomb. Incredible service. Give her a raise.

The lady at the front desk was nice! At first I wasn’t sure and got a bad vibe but once she warmed up to us, we were all best friends. I was so relieved to get an early check in since we arrived at 445 am, just before her shift ended. So we decided to stay that day and that night and got a good deal on a suite. The carpet was old and gross but the rest was pretty good and spacious. They’ve done some updates but still need a bit more. I can’t complain for the price!

I recently stayed at Quality Inn and wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by one of their staff members. Linda went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her friendly and attentive approach, and her desire to assist, made a positive impact on my overall experience. I will definitely be returning to Quality Inn.

The staff was very friendly, Rooms were clean and up 2 Par, enjoyed the Stay, will stay again.
