Quality Inn - Hotel in Brandon - 1105 N Splitrock Blvd, USA

Not a single issue on this stay. Everything was perfect as this Inn shows management that cares. I would recommend this stay for a wear traveler. As a bonus fair gas prices at next door station as well as food places close by.Try the Pizza Ranch for a great place for kids as well as a Senior deal not to be beat anywhere. All you can eat pizza,salad,soup and chicken buffet.

Everything an economy motel should be! Great CLEAN motel and a perfect spot for me and my boys to catch some zzzzzzs. Shower had great water pressure, breakfast was great, eggs waffles and even French toast!! Good sized rooms and a simple accessible TV interface with cartoons in seconds!!! Pool and hot tub looked great but we didn’t have time to swim.

Our bed was clean, bathroom had black mold around the tub. A spot of dried poop on the floor (I have pictures). Road construction and no signage.....when talking to night clerk she wasn't sympathetic to our plight but her own getting to work. Morning clerk on leaving did not even acknowledge our presences. The hotel smelled of bad body odor. We paid $201.00 for the room total, yet the door sign says the room is $139.00 a night. (I have a picture). We figured raising rates to benefit for Sturgis.....will be sending pictures to the BBB and hotel corporate. Had we not been so tired we'd have left.....we just avoided the bathroom. Left as soon as we could this morning.

Couple days after staying at the hotel we found fleas. Then the hot tub stinks like the water hasn't been changed and the pool is green at the end. There wasn't much options.

Great hotel. My room was clean and in good condition. Very easy access from I-90. Location and hotel felt very safe. Good breakfast. Restaurants and gas stations within walking distance.

Very nice room, great pool area and helpful staff, plus theres a store and bar next door and they have great food! Right off 90 too. Highly recommend

I wish to share this review. I called from Virginia to the 1105 N. Splitrock Blvd, Brandon, SD. I was greeted by Katy, the Lobby Manager. I explained my long story of a family traveling and I needed to secure them a room for the night. Katy was so kind understanding and one of the most helpful managers I have talked with. Thank you Katy for helping me and the traveling family.

We chose this hotel for the location, but wish I had read the reviews first. The first room we were given had such a strong smell we went back to the desk to ask for another room. It took three more tries to find a room that smelled better - and then we had to open a window. The hotel is older, bathroom was small and although the mattresses were older they were comfortable.. Breakfast was so so, the hot food wasn’t hot. This was our second attempt at a Quality Inn and probably our last.
