Quality Inn - Hotel in White House - 354 Hester Dr, USA

I booked this hotel off of a third party hotel booking site. I alway pay through that site and just give credit card for incidentals but this hotel said I hadn’t paid yet which I did and charged my card again. The next morning a different guy was working the front desk and I had to show him how it was taken out of my account twice and he was nice about it and did refund my money but just glad I was able to catch it before I left. Front desk personnel could work on customer service though had his attention on other things while I was trying to get my issue's resolved and he took off from the desk ( without saying a word) before I could finish talking and I had to wait for him to come back to finish up what I needed. Free breakfast was an absolute joke the only hot food they had was waffles and only one waffle maker that like three families were waiting on to make waffles for all the guest. They had cereal but the spout where you poured to milk from looked like it hasn’t been washed in a long time. They offered a few cold items like mini muffins and apples and toast definitely the worst free breakfast I have been offered at a hotel. The room had a horrible smell to it, wasn’t very clean and needed updated. I felt icky after leaving there. Definitely shouldn’t have had the rating it did on the site I booked from would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Needed a last minute hotel that allowed pets. The pet fee was $25 and much cheaper than other hotels. The room however was disgusting. The room had a stale musty Clorox smell which lessened after the air was turned on. There was a finger length beetle in the bathroom, just hanging out. There was no shower door/curtain so water splashed everywhere. The tile and grout were dirty and filled with mildew. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all half used. I filled my puppy’s dish with food and let it sit for no longer than 20 mins and it was crawling with ants. I checked the bed for bugs or anything out of the ordinary, I didn’t find anything so that was a plus. However after leaving that room I felt dirty even after a shower. Probably one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in. The staff was friendly. Honestly pay the additional $60 if you can and go to a nicer hotel. Wish I could get my money back on this one but it is what it is. Won’t be staying at this location again. P.S. we were in room 125.

We stayed here last year and didn’t have a problem- it appears new owners since that trip- Room was extremely dirty- blankets had dried blood on them and urine stains. When I called and asked for a clean blanket- guy at front desk had an attitude and hung up on me. I tracked down a lady working outside and she got me a new blanket. Management only allowed one towel per person and always made it a big deal asking for additional ones. Bathroom floors disgusting and when we drug the bath mat across floor- mat turned completely brown. This was absolutely awful. Would not recommend this place. Outside of terrible management - it is very nasty!

I really appreciate this motel, has a free breakfast, lots of parking place, the outdoor pool, it's the best place I have stayed, it's so clean and have a lots of restaurants nearby. I really recommend this place.

I walked into my room, saw it, and immediately turned around and asked for a refund. It was disgusting. I was immediately hit with pure cigarette smell (in a non smoking room), the lampshade was covered in dirt, and there was a giant bug on the window sill. Noooo thank you.

I stay with choice all over the country. This one don't accept choice reward points unless you stay there 10 nights in a year. So if your traveling or your parents need a room for whatever reason. You can't use your points there unless you pay for 10 rooms in a year. Then you can use your points. Don't bother looking on the site. No where does it state this information. So if your coming to white house tn. Stay anywhere but here

Clean and nice rooms ✅ Height of toilet ❎ I'm not sure why this hotel is a 2 star rating unless everyone is complaining over the height of the toilet. Otherwise it's super nice and I would stay here again.. ps.. my balls touched the water

It was a very nice stay. Staff service was excellent and breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious. All the restaurants are in walking distance. They are doing renovation and rooms look beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
