Quality Inn - Hotel in Oshkosh - 1495 W South Park Ave, USA

The Quality Inn in Oshkosh, WI is a clean and friendly stay. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and welcoming. Our room is spacious, and it has a window that opens!! Hooray for fresh air. Breakfast covers all the basics, eggs, sausage, bread, yogurt, milk, muffins, cereal, and waffles. Coffee and tea too. Tea selection is lacking so bring your own if you're a tea drinker. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, TV, armoire, safe, and a small work desk. There are no bad smells in the room or hotel. The pool is good for kids to play, and there are plenty of towels on the deck. We will definitely stay again when we come through the area.

BED BUGS!! Checked in and brought stuff to room. smelled terrible like bad food . left and came back… Checked for bed bugs because of a previous review after and we were not feeling comfortable. Found bed bug, among hair all over.. hadn’t unpacked thank god but did bring some of our own pillows and blankets. Immediately packed up and went to front desk and showed her. She said she didn’t even know what one looked like. Claimed (after a call the following day) she never saw it.. well they move ! We have the proof. Also stated she couldn’t refund the money until manager came in on Monday (this was a Friday). We left. Didn’t use our pillows or blankets .. left in car.. stayed elsewhere and when returning home, we found more bed bugs on our pillows and blankets .. And all over the car!!! we have videos and pictures ! Called back and demanded a manager and got the same response … I stated I was reporting this to the state health department among every review I could possibly do because this is a huge problem and others are going to encounter the same. A few minutes later, comes a call from the manager who refunded our money… but still this doesn’t resolve the infestation and what others are going to encounter and carry with them!!

Mold in bathroom. Check in manager was not the nicest. Had better up keep when it was a cobblestone hotel. Towels had some dirt on them still. Bed sheets didn't feel clean.

I woke up to find a bed bug in my room. I caught it to show stuff and informed the housekeeping staff. However, instead of taking appropriate measures, they simply tried to change the sheets. When I approached the front desk, they were unhelpful and did not take the issue seriously. They even tried to convince me that the bug was a tick. After doing some research and taking pictures, it was clear that the bug was, in fact, a bed bug. It seemed that the hotel had been dealing with this issue for a while, as the staff member told me that they sprayed once a month. It was disappointing to realize that the hotel was not transparent about the bed bug problem and did not inform guests about it.

Rooms were Very clean and well kept. Breakfast was hot food and very good. Has a great location next to stores, restaurants etc. overall great hotel. Only downfall was we were in the pool 5 minutes past check out and the front desk lady told us we needed get out even though no one else was in there at the time.

Front desk lady was rude, and had no clue what she was doing. There is literally no management apparently, and if you book through the Quality inn site apparently the hotel doesn't know how to fix a $2 mistake and instead charged me $20. It was a simple fix and they had hardly anyone there, then after staying 2 nights for my granddaughter Dr appointment, we went to extend the stay for 2 more nights and was told we needed a deposit!!!! What kind of hotel does that, not like we were paying with cash, nobody visited, not even a beer was opened during the stay. I have had Alot of family as well as clients and there families there because for the price at least it was somewhat clean but idk if there was change in management but they will NEVER get a referral or business from me again!

My four year old austisic grand daughter got diarrhea and leaked through the pull up on the bed sheets and they charged me $100 I will never stay there again and spreading the word to everyone I know. To charge $100 saying bedsheets was ruined I would’ve brought them home and washed them. My damn self. I paid for them, never mentioned a word to me when I checked out waited until I left to charge my card.

The hot tub room was so nice to relaxing and be able to watch TV. Room was very clean service was great breakfast was good with very friendly staff. Find ourselves back in town we will definitely reserve the room again. Thank you for the wonderful stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
