Quality Inn - Hotel in Wooster - 2055 Lincoln Way E, USA

This was a nice Quality Inn,a very spacious room with a very comfy bed. We had the suite on the 2nd floor with a view of the swimming pool and a nice size jacuzzi tub. Quality Inn’s always seem to have the bigger jacuzzi tubs,which is so nice. The afternoon front desk guy was very friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was so good,you got to get both bacon and sausage,plus all the regular breakfast items. Everything local was within driving distance of this hotel. This Quality Inn impressed me.

Before coming to Wooster, I looked up the reviews for this hotel and they looked pretty good, so I gave it a shot. I wasn't disappointed. The property is well kept. The rooms were nice and it's clear they've invested in the property. The TV channel choices were good and the breakfast was above average for the chain. The staff treated me well. Getting in and out of the hotel wasn't hard, even with the morning rush. Now there isn't much for food options immediately around the property, but Wooster isn't a large area. There are a number of good restaurants and shopping less than ten minutes away if you need to pick any thing up. If I ever come back to the Wooster area, I'll stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was relatively quiet and staff at the front desk was very pleasant. It was nice to have breakfast at the motel and we got out to start our day quickly.

I’m not sure what’s going on here as I’ve seen great reviews… so I’m not sure if it’s different cleaners or what but when I got here the room was disgusting. Food behind bed, underneath the AC, and let’s not get started on the build up in the shower. Everything else in this hotel is absolutely GREAT though, the pool is awesome and even has a tiny gym. But the cleanliness needs a lot of work, plus the housekeeper smelled like smoke which made my whole room smell like it after they were done.

Our room was very clean. We spent two nights there using the Quality Inn as our base of operations. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful. I would recommend this place to others.

The breakfast was much bigger than I expected it to be, but I am all for it. I definitely filled myself up each of the three days I was there. The rooms were also really nice. The beds were comfortable, even though the sheets kept coming undone. (I thought the joke was supposed to be that hotel bedsheets are impossible to pull out?). The toilet was a little close to the wall though. Also the heat lamp in our bathroom was broken. The fitness center did not meet my expectations. It's basically a closet (my back is against the wall in the picture). The seat on the exercise bike was too uncomfortable to me, but that might just be me not liking the sport seat on it. The elliptical machine also kept rocking to the side when I used it. I do like that there was a tv in there. The hotel is definitely losing stars for the horrible tobacco smell in the upstairs hallway. Even though the smoking rooms are behind a glass door separating them from the non-smoking rooms, I could still smell it in the hallway for an entire day, if not more. There is also no elevator, so good luck if you have a lot of bags or if they're heavy. The pool also looks nice, even though I didn't use it. I didn't like that you needed a keycard to access it from the lobby though. Seriously, that clicking noise is annoying. I'd still come here again though. It's pretty close to downtown Wooster, restaurants, a nature preserve, and an arboretum/botanical garden.

Our time here was great! Hot tub and pool were nice. There's also a bowling alley with bar right next door. Very clean room. Hot breakfast. For the price, it was easily worth it

Clean room and Chris who checked us on was so kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next year for our trip
