Very clean and comfortable! The service was exceptional. I interacted with 6 different people who worked there and they all went out of their way to be helpful. We stayed 3 nights, and if we are in the area, we would definitely stay again. A bonus is you can walk across to Jamie's restaurant for great food.
My wife and I stayed 1 night in August 2024. First time staying here. We used points for the stay. Location is right on US 65. The hotel is 2 floors but there is no elevator, more on that later.
Tom at the front desk greeted us as we checked in and we went to our room. The room had a slight smell of air freshener/deodorizer. Nothing bad but it was like it was needed to cover up other smells. We assume the room was a smoking room at one time (we’re nonsmokers). The furniture, carpeting and decor were dated but functional as is usually typical of Quality Inns. My wife liked the bed more than the bed at the Hampton Inn up the street we stayed at the night before.
Here’s the unusual part. The building seems to have been built on a downward sloping hill. The building is made up of different sections that are built on different levels. The levels are connected by a 5 or 6 step stairway. So when you walk in the front door, you walk past 10 or so rooms, go down 5 stairs, 10-12 more rooms, 5 more stairs, more rooms, more stairs. We counted 4 stairways to get to the farthest room and you’re still on the first floor! I should’ve taken a picture. If you have ANY issues with stairs, reconsider staying here unless you can be guaranteed a room near the front desk.
Breakfast was decent and had the usual cereal, waffle maker, eggs, sausage, etc.
There is an outdoor pool we didn’t use. Parking was easy and access to US 65 was easy.
I might stay here again if pressed but there are other options in the area.

Having been a Diamond Choice member for many years and traveling all over the Country on our motorcycle we see and experience many Choice properties. By far our experience with Shelley at the front counter was exceptional. This is a person who understands customer service and has a great smile to go with it.
Hotel was well kept, everything was clean, room was clean and nice. Odd smell in the hallway and stairs, but not in the room. Service was great. Overall a good stay for the price.
Due to car issues, I was stuck in Harrison, Arkansas for two nights. The staff at this location was very accomodating and concerned about my well-being. The room was clean, and maintained and the breakfast was yummy. The entire staff was always busy cleaning and it showed. The hotel smelled fresh and clean. The best Quality Inn's I've ever stayed in.
The room was fine and the A/C worked great! We spent 3 nights at the Quality Inn in Harrison but our bed was never made up, no clean towels delivered and no coffee replenished to our room at all during our entire stay. We went down after the second night of no service and the front desk said our room would be serviced tomorrow but it never happened! Extremely disappointed in the quality of Quality Inn in Harrison! Not sure I’d stay again!!! 😓
this hotel would be fine if you do NOT need the handicap room. i did. the handicap room is on the opposite end from the front desk and lobby, so i did not use the breakfast. it's 3 small flight stairs away. when i parked to go to the room there is NO access to the handicap room except up the curb. i was lucky enough to have some bikers help me. the water pressure is non existent. again except for the water the hotel is fine if you do NOT need handicap accessible.
Better than the last one I stayed in in Mississippi by ten fold was doubting even staying at another quality inn ever again. Maybe I shouldn't hold every bad experience against a company like I do cause its night and day difference from here and there.
My daughter and I are on a epic road trip. I found this place at last minute and am so happy we did. I accidentally booked for wrong date and they were extremely accommodating. If you love history and appreciate historic places you will love this pla
I joined your gym about 3 weeks ago. It"s very clean and the equipment is top notch. The people I've met there are super nice. We moved here from Minnesota so I was going to check out the three gyms in this town. Anytime was the first gym I vi
Very beautiful place! Easy to find you drive down a dirt road about 1.5 miles and then youâll see a pull off area. Park then walk down the road to the creek about 20 feet turn right. You can walk the trails or walk down the creek bed straight to th

I stopped by this Wendyâs on my way to Branson expecting an average burger and fries and let me just tell you, my expectations were exceeded. All of my food was hot and fresh, my fries were good and seasoned, my burger tasted like an actual burger
