Loving my stay already! It's nothing fancy but my room was clean and has all the amenities I need. The owner is very helpful and hospitable, as is the rest of the staff I encountered. My company offered to switch my hotel but I told them I was just fine here.
At check in we were greeted by Patty, who was very polite and helpful. We were given our key card and entered the room which was already occupied. No big deal honest mistake. She then gave us another room which we incredibly dirty with very old and worn out furniture which should be thrown in the dumpster. We examined the bed and bedding which had sheets with multiple cigarette burns and the mattress was stained. It looked like a mattress from a sofa bed. We pulled the mattress away from the wall and it was layers of dust and dirt. The phone in the room wasn’t even plugged in just sitting on desk with the cord wrapped around it. The loveseat and couch were broken in the middle and you could see the plywood all around the bottom. We then asked to try another room. We were given 3 others rooms to check and all 3 had sheets with cigarette burns and the lack of cleanliness. One room the air conditioning did not work as well so that heightened the smell of cigarettes. We then decided to ask for our money back and try elsewhere. Patty was very understanding and refunded our money. She was doing the best she could but unfortunately she is employed by a hotel owner that refuses to see the issues and invest time and money to fix them. This is one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever encountered. Buyer beware.
there was problems, the blow dryer didn't
turn on, the rooms were FREEZING me and
my grandmother and my cousin were cold
so we turn on the heater. when i was taking
a shower it took a long minute for it to turn
warm. there was black scratches in the tub i
have no idea what it is. the only thing i liked
about this hotel was the pillows, super comfy. i would probably never stay here again.
This is a typical (Indian owned) hotel. By that I mean, they don't seem to care about offering a well maintained facility. I've seen it many times in my extensive travels. I haven't seen any bugs, which is good but their are dirty finger and hand prints on the bathroom door. The carpet looks newish but bed side tables, "desk"( actually just a table) and dresser are old and scratched with some of the clear finish peeling off. The sofa has tares and fabric missing, presumably pet damage and looks like it was picked up from the side of the road. No smoke detector in the room (which is illegal by the way). The bath tub surround and shower curtain are moldy. The door safety latch is not installed. The ironing board cover is stained and the hook is pulling out of the wall. No counter space in the bathroom. The mattress is as hard as the floor and really uncomfortable. The phone only works on speaker and only works with the phone jack across the room. If this place was renovated it would be great. Otherwise, I probably won't stay here again.
Upon arrival we were never greeted and had to wait 10 mins for someone to arrive at the desk to check in. Their systems were down and had to write all info on paper which took another 15 mins. We checked in 2 rooms and were given all keys for one room which we had to go back to front desk twice for and second rooms door was jammed and weren’t told that we’d struggle to open. Both rooms couches are disgusting and should be thrown away. My husband sat on one and instantly got bit by fleas which we knew were fleas cause he caught one. There was a blood stain on couch, carpet, and shower curtain. King bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on I almost took mattresses out of the couches to add cushion but were too afraid to touch. When we brought up the flea situation they said they’d send up a maid to our room. They sent one of the men up to my mothers room (second room) and she didn’t hear them bang as she was on the balcony and the man proceeded to UNLAWFULLY enter her room with a master key with febreeze in his hand. My husband had to go to front desk and yell at them to never enter my moms room ever again. My mom was afraid to sleep that night and after all the reviews I’ve seen I knew they’d refuse to give any sort of money back. Their elevator also hasn’t been certified since 2021. Their pool wasn’t open and full of brown water. Just stay away from this place. The ONLY decency in this place were the two morning woman who were actually kind, and the casual breakfast they served.
When we were looking for a place to go swimming there were really no where to swim but when my mom stop at this place and ask if we can go swimming in there pool he was like sure and it was free so no cost required and it was honestly so nice and I think one of the workers there brought one of my cookies sales for my school a long time ago and it help me out a lot to have a fun water park day at school which was also very cool and appreciated there help therefore I never been in their room before it probably will be nice so yea 😊
Worked at this place and stayed there as well the elderly lady that works front desk Patty is amazing and goes above and beyond to help out all the guests, the hotel itself is actually really nice the rooms are enormous and housekeeping does do very well at cleaning the rooms I must say!! However like all places there's many issues with this place, she done the biggest issues of with the owner Dave Patel, he's a super nice man when u first meet him but beware beware cause what u see on the outside at first appearance is by far who he really is as a person, yea he may be a nice man but he don't pay his employees, he don't take care of things that need to be taken care of on that property, and he will over charge you and when u call to talk bout it he will not want to discuss things nor fix them. I will not tell you not to stay there cause really the rooms are nice and the price is not bad and yes they have a really good breakfast bar but yes watch the charges to your credit cards is all I'm gonna say!!!
Its okay. Nothing super fancy. The rooms could use some better cleaning and maintenance. The internet could use a bit of an upgrade. Staff was very friendly.
It didnt seem like the pool was open but it also didnt look maintained so dont plan on using it as of the time of this review.
Not sure if I would stay here in the future. I would consider it if they get a better ISP and maybe do a remodel.
Nice ice cream shop with some great lunch specials!! I had the Pulled Pork Nachos with a sweet BBQ sauce and the Mrs enjoyed the Carnita Tacos. The only improvement I would suggest is either salsa or some Nacho cheese with the side of chips the Mrs

Dan heard me mention that I loved Bleu cheese olives, and went to the kitchen to stuff them himself. This was the most professional service I've had in years.
Very nice area. Unfortunately when we were there the Fort was closed up. There is an amazing Osage orange tree there that's huge. The pioneer graveyard was interesting to walk through. This area is rich with history.
