Quality Inn - Hotel in Rock Springs - 1670 Sunset Dr, USA

We stayed in room 189. While it had some peeling paint in the bathroom the room was wonderful. The beds were a little hard, but the sheets and pillows were super clean and fresh smelling. The shower was hot and towels were also fresh and clean. Everything was very clean. We were very happy with our stay. Something no one else mentioned was the breakfast. It was so good! All the staff we encountered were very nice as well. It was quiet. We parked with a car hauler. 100% recommend. They offer military discount too.

Reserved handicap accessible room in error, but it worked out fine. Lots more room in bathroom. Room was comfortable and clean for the most part. When the afternoon sun hits the room just right, it's obvious that the carpets need a cleaning. Was pleasantly surprised with complimentary happy hour drinks and enjoyed the offer of a free continental breakfast. Felt safe here and it was relatively quiet. Would stay here again, but probably not go barefoot in the room.

Hands down one of the best inns I've ever been to and I would even read it higher than MGM hotel in Las Vegas which is a five star because the service, the people and the cleanliness was beautiful and the workers here you can tell they really strive for their jobs and all of them always said hi to me with a smile and they're super nice and at the complimentary bar. The bartender made a beautiful drink for me and was super nice and everything was easy to talk with. The room was super clean. The pool was clean and perfect temperature and really quiet. Everything was on point in the rooms. I have no complaints. Nothing out of place. Everyone was just a really nice person + I can tell that they love their job. Breakfast was also really nice + I make sure to tip cleaners + workers and bartenders because they definitely deserve it so I'd rather go here than a five-star fancy hotel. This by far is probably one of the best I've ever been to just because of how friendly everyone was and how neat and clean everything was. Honestly I was having a bad day and this inn really made my day and made me happier so I really appreciate everyone That works here. I want them to know that they really made a difference ❤️

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The happy hour they offered was a very pleasant surprise, and a great touch. The continental breakfast was good, with rotating options through out the week. Would definitely recommend, and will be staying here again.

This place is old. Needs refreshing. Our room was so hot and stuffy I had to run the A/C at 66 degrees all night. We were going to open a window for fresh air but the window was nailed shut!! No sprinklers to be seen. The little black bugs flying in the bathroom were a special treat. The coffee offered in the morning was the worst I have ever had.

We arrived in the middle of the night because the hotel we had booked had no heat. The electric went out and we left. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. I was pleased to have heat and electric. The motel is ran down and dated. The carpet was worn and torn. The furniture was scratched and bedding was very used. I didn't care at this point. The bed was comfortable, I slept good. We had a decent breakfast and went on our way. This place served our purpose and outshined the #1 listed hotel on Tripadvisor, because it did have heat and electric! Could it use some updating, yes. The room was clean and it severed it's purpose.

Gal on front reception assisted in helping us get into our room early😘 Room was very comfortable- 2 Queen, micro/ fridge, table & chairs, TV...got a great sleep.-- would love to have had a bench or chairs outside our room. Close to restaurants or groceries etc Location had a pool( people were enjoying) green spaces & BBQ., Workout room & laundry. What was enjoyable was the complimentary HAPPY hour 5-7pm...nice to chat with others. Free breakfast was outstanding-- nothing spared-- eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereals,muffins, toast, yogurt,coffee, tea, juices, milk & hot chocolate, fresh fruit😘💓-- was a bit expensive night stay...prices seemed to be more than what was stated on site-- High School Rodeo finals USA, Canada, Mexico & Australia was present in Rock Springs....nice restful stay prior to touring Flaming Gorge.

Good for the money, Good for motel. Everything is turned out okay. The good The room at a reserved was available when I showed up. The bed was soft and comfortable. What you get for the price. This was a motel not a hotel. The sheets seemed clean. The room smelled fine. The heater worked. For what this hotel is, the breakfast was surprisingly okay, lots of variety, hot and cold. The employees all seem to be nice. Especially the one running breakfast. Pool - The pool is closed seasonally, but they let us use the pool in the next hotel across the parking lot, which worked out great. Great location right by the freeway. Reasonably quiet. Always felt safe. Shower - Plenty of hot water, The pressure was fine The bad This is a motel not a hotel. Extremely dated, everything is all the worn out. Bathroom sink would not drain, because the hardware was broken. Large metal poles sticking out from under the bed that I kept kicking. The room did not get very dark. I did not sleep right. The shower was either too hot or too cold, and mid shower it went freezing and had to readjust the temperature.
