We arrived late at night, the first thing we noticed was the hotel smelled clean! The front desk clerk was quite pleasant, too.
Once we entered our room, we all smiled because the beds were neatly made; we had enough clean towels for our family, the bathroom was clean (with no signs of it being used by previous guests), and the aroma was delightful. The room looked clean and smile clean!
It was a pleasant surprise. ☺️
My wife and I were very comfortable here. The room was clean, appliances worked well and plenty of restaurants close by.
There was an obvious gas leak that smelled the strongest around the elevator. The room they gave me downstairs had no hot water (perhaps this was the cause of the gas smell?). I told the front desk about the gas smell and lack of hot water and she moved me to a room on the second floor. She told me there was no maintenance person available to investigate the gas leak. My stay was for 2 nights, so the next day, when I returned from my meeting, the gas smell was still very obvious. Evidently the hotel was not concerned about the hazards of a gas leak (carbon monoxide, possible explosion, etc.), so I won't be staying there again.
First the good. Location is right off 44 and near to restaurants. The room was clean and parking was easy. The hotel has 1st floor where you park and 2nd floor where you check in. It’s an older building. The bathroom was not soundproof so not tons of privacy. They were semi- accommodating with room location. My main beef is customer service. I asked for 2 extra pillows to accommodate my husbands sleep apnea. They only had one to give us. At 7:00 pm there were 7 cars in the parking lot of a 3 story hotel, so I asked again and was told by Susan that there were no more pillows. I know there were plenty of unused pillows in those other rooms, but she said it was against their policy to take anything from other rooms. So we found an extra blanket in one drawer and used that. We go to hotels to sleep and this has not usually been a problem. We did not get a good nights sleep which is unfortunate. We are diamond elite status so we stay in Choice hotels ALOT . I hope if administration is reading this they are aware that that one pillow just cost them a 3 star rating instead of a 5 star review. Maybe a review of their customer service policies is in order.
Clean and comfortable room at a fair price. The front desk clerk was very polite and professional.
Perfect for an affordable overnight on a road trip. Exceeded all expectations for this level of hotel. Friendly staff, rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, biscuits w gravy, pastries, juice, and good coffee. It is as nice as a hotel that costs $40 more. Deep clean of hallway carpet could help, but that is hardly a reason to not stay here.
Stayed here as we were passing through and was checked in by a VERY pleasant Angel. She made our welcome perfect, and was very accommodating. The room was nice and clean and quiet, and perfect for what we needed (a good nights sleep). Breakfast did leave a little bit to be desired (they had biscuits, but no jam, and my friend told me the gravy for them was not good), but it was enough.
The people who work here we’re absolutely wonderful. I loved Angel so helpful. I kind of got in late evening and I was still able to get a room. Parking is great. Easily accessible off of the freeway room was very clean. Everything was very nice. There was no peeling paint or anything else like a lot of the places I’ve stayed I was try to stay kind of in the middle not the absolute most expensive but definitely not the cheapest either so this kind of fits that where it’s kind of in between. Everything smelled good. There was no dirty surfaces laid out well it’s obviously not the newest, but it was quiet. I had no problem with noise at all. They have a continental breakfast from 6 to 9 and I missed it.
This place continues to get better with time. Was here years ago I'm thinking 2014 maybe 2018 and it continues to improve and stay with the times. It has big beds and is for men and women. Bailey assisted me today and was able to find my information
This rather new RV park was conveniently located near the interstate and offered spacious pull through and back in sites. We stopped for one night on our way to Texas. It was cold night down into the high 20âs and we needed a FHU site to keep our
Absolutely adorable (and DELICIOUS) authentic ice cream and soda shop in downtown Rolla! They have delicious (rotating) flavors, incredible sundaes, and traditional floats, phosphates, and sodas. My younger kids love the candy shop section including
This is literally my favortie place to go during the summer. I come here at least 3 times a week with my friends or family. Definitely recommend! There are many flavors, I have never gotten one that I didn't like. The prices are reasonable and worth
I moved to Missouri 5 1/2 years ago. There is so much to see and experience. The history here is amazing. I live next to the Mark Twain National Forrest. I love the fact that there are so many cave systems here. The waterways are amazing. Ge
