Quality Inn - Motel in Westfield - 2 Southampton Rd, USA

Positive: Everything was easy, the room was clean, microwave and fridge worked. Staff were pleasant. Negative: The hallway could've smelled fresher but the room smelled fine. I also called to say I was arriving late but when I got there they had record of it and for a minute it seemed like I'd lose my reservation (and money) but it was rectified pretty fast.

Absolutely disgusting. Had dirty sheets and inner and outer bedding with blood and other stains. Bathroom/toilet seat with hair, dirt and urine. It is unfortunate that places like this charge the same as much cleaner and nicer spaces because they can. I also see multiple reviews with the same issues overtime so it does not seem this issues are being addressed. Not a quality place to sleep which makes the name inaccurate. I write this review in hopes that management makes some changes. You don’t need to be fancy but you should at least be clean. The person working the front desk was very nice and these issues are clearly not that persons fault.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a student graduating this semester, and my family flew from several states away to stay here for the weekend. They hoped to enjoy a nice hotel and get some much needed rest after a 6+ hour day of flying, but unfortunately because Freddy lacks basic human reasoning they have to scramble to find a hotel at the last minute, when one was booked months in advanced. If you are looking for somewhere with inconsiderate and accusatory customer service that seeks to scam you out of your money because of a policy that refuses to acknowledge flight delays and time differences then this is the hotel for you.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. The room was definitely not cleaned before arrival, loose change on the floor, dirt, blood on the toilet, a large gap between the bottom of the door and outside, the heat does not work unless you leave it at 85 degrees dry heat - you can’t turn down the heat so you’re either freezing or choking on hot air. Ice outside the door, I almost fell. The bed was so uneven it must be over 20 years old - the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We explained these concerns to Freddie, who is apparently the supervisor, and he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to help. He hung up on us. We will be reporting this hotel to the Department of Health and writing a letter to the corporate office of Quality Inn. * Update * we spoke to the hotel owner and you once again were extremely rude, unprofessional and dismissive. The letter was sent to the health department. Terrible, filthy inhabitable establishment that needs to be shut down. Get rid of your automated responses - they are not genuine and you have done absolutely nothing to rectify the issue.

I can see a Quality Inn has taken over Red Roof Inn. Let's hope they can clean that place up . If you are going to allow people to live there, I sign that it should be posted online and in the lobby . The place is indeed of desperate repairs . I see Quality Inn doing some. I am not sure if it will be enough . It's such a great location for travelers due to it being at the exit to the mass pike . They have Wendy's and Hot table right next to it . So if they put the money into it, the place would be very time spot to stay .

Walked into door, saw this sign. Stains and hair on the mattress. Hair in bathroom shower. Walked out and went to the Hampton Inn down the road. Some men were cooking food in the parking spaces. Smelled like pot. Paid $160 for a 3rd party site booking, never again.

Right off the highway. GREAT customer service ( they were amazing and sooo nice). The beds were SUPER comfortable and the breakfast was great. Didn’t have any problems. The shower head was amazing and had awesome power. The hallways looked brand new and smelled good but The only thing that caused me to put 3 stars was that it wasn’t the cleanest. The room smelled a bit like cigarettes (which was probably a guest that didn’t follow the rules) and the blanket had a stain on it, right on top of the top sheet so it was very noticable(I’m not one to look). Other than that it was great, very quiet and the guy at the front was so great.

Desk clerk made checking in easy and fast. Room is clean and comfortable. Thank you
