Quality Inn - Hotel in Dalton - 2106 Chattanooga Rd, USA

I stayed here for one night and it was serviceable. The night clerk was annoyed that I didn't book through them and that the rate I paid was less than he wanted, but that's not my problem. The room was definitely dated, as is the whole property. It used to be a Baymont, according to a few old signs by the pool. The room smelled weird like old oatmeal, but it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The first time I've woken up feeling good from a cheaper hotel's bed, so that was a good surprise. I didn't use the shower but it was clean. There is a serious leak on the shower ceiling by the shower rod, though, that I hope they get fixed soon or their wall will start molding in this heat. Overall, it was worth the stay for a night. The continental breakfast was the highlight for me. The morning lady was very nice and friendly and courteous, helping me make choices of what to eat. They have waffles, toast, bagels, cereal as well as assorted breakfast drinks. Very tasty and everything was fresh.

Stayed here after a long drive, I picked this place from my choice hotels app, it looked the nicest for 77$. When we arrived it overall looked like the pictures but with further examination it was evident that the room was not cleaned properly. There was a face mask on the ground, so many hairs in the bathroom on the floor. I even found some in the bed. I was really looking forward to the breakfast options but it was extremely limited. There’s a waffle machine, breads and muffins, cereal and juice. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We wanted a quiet location within the hotel and she booked us in the back, maybe a few hundred feet from the freeway. We were concerned about the noise but once inside our room, it was quiet. Clean room, bathroom needed some maintience. Only ice maker was out-of-order and vending machines were empty. Breakfast was standard.

Hotel was a Super 8 and now Quality Inn. Heavy construction going on around the property. We wouldn’t have booked had we known. Lots of dirt and dust. We were past the refund window so we had to stay. Ladies at the front desk were nice. Ceiling tiles in dining room stained, broken, or missing with gaping holes. Towels in room were dirty or maybe just stained. They offer free breakfast, however, not sure of the cleanliness of the kitchen so I think we’ll pass. Maybe in a few months it will be better once construction has been completed.

I've stayed here 3 times now and honestly have no complaints. Rooms are clean, no bugs, beds are comfy. Ac/heat works like it's supposed to. Decently priced, easy on/ off 75, continental breakfast in the lobby in the mornings. And all the staff I've met so far are extremely pleasant to deal with.

Terrible. Very nasty, dirty floors. Didn’t even look like they cleaned anything. The front desk was horrible. I advise people to NOT go there unless you want to stay in filth. It didn’t look at all like the google photos and their “renovations” was just a landlord special and slapped paint on everything. PLEASE LEARN TO CLEAN!!!!! Also would like to point out there is no deadbolt? Talk about a safety concern!?? I can’t talk enough about how terrible the experience is here.

Rooms are very modern, and up to date, the beds are comfortably enough to get some sleep. Parking spots are pretty small to fit into. Had issues with key cards not working on door lasy was very nice and helpful at front desk. Our room has a big gap between door and frame.

Positive: Morning lady was polite. Late night check I took 40 min, so som retraining meds to happen w/ late night staff. Breakfast stops @ 9:30. Coffee included.. wick should be available through morning check out times. Negative: Floors in room were filthy my white socks were brown from 2 trips to bathroom.. fridge diid not work, Was quoted 20 for pet fee but then late. Ought guy charged mt25. Negative: ""
