It was a beautiful area. The trailhead was closed due to the rain until after Christmas. There is a large and clean bathroom. Plenty of free parking. We ended up walking a dirt trail right next to the street. It had a 2-way bike path as well. Plenty of areas to sit in the area and few shaded areas. They had gold large rocks and stones for sitting and cute photos. The people were very friendly!
Beautiful hike that’s not too long. Be careful because the ground is uneven and you’re liable to trip if you’re running this. I highly advise against running this. I’m an outdoor runner and I like Juanita Cooke Trail in Fullerton next to the Fullerton Courthouse for outdoor runs. It’s about 4 miles out and back and flat. Quail Hill Trail is definitely walking only. I don’t think cyclists are allowed which is good, because they would probably go flying over one of the many bumps. Also, if they haven’t cut back the plants then you’ll have to watch out for them as they tend to crowd the trail area.
Great place to walk, but please be aware of snakes, this was taken Dec. 10th 2023. There is wheelchair parking and an accessible entrance. Free parking lot. There are picnic tables and restrooms. It's a 2 mile loop.
Loved this place and the scenery. The view is so beautiful when you're on top. Thanks to the rain we can enjoy many beautiful wildflowers everywhere. One of the best hiking trails in Irvine.
This is a very nice park/trail. Lots of free space, lots of parking. Very nice trails to go walk around. Enjoy the green environment, and the beautiful California weather. Also, this an excellent place to take Family pictures, couples pictures, and even some car pictures lol. Highly recommended park! Kept very clean and very well maintained.
Best way to get your 10k steps in 1.5 hours. But once the sun goes down, it gets pitch dark and we saw 4 coyotes crossing the street. Went again in the morning and 1 coyote crossed our path, waited for one rattle snake to slither away and 1 angry bicyclist who yelled to get out of his way. Just know you have to share the trail and how about being kind?
This is my second time here and I like it, for a light workout or a sunset walk, it gets nice and breezy at sunset and the views from the top are really nice.
Small good hike for beginners. Parking will not be available easily in weekend morning, you can park in quail hill community park.

I continue to be amazed by the many walking and hiking trails in Irvine. This mixed use trail is shared by walkers, cyclists, and when we were there, a skate boarder. There is a main paved path with spurs covered with decomposed granite. You can fol
This restaurant boasts a cute outdoor seating decorated with lights and flowers. If possible, I'd recommend sitting outside for the ambiance and little noisy street traffic compared to the loud indoor environment. What we ordered: - Seafood special
Starting point for hike and bike trails of Bonner Canyon. Free parking. Clean restrooms and water fountain at the parking lot. But no water on the trail. A gem of Irvine and Orange County. Varied trails with easy to moderate terrain. West Fork trail
I've lived in The Alton for nearly 2 years now and it's been an excellent experience all round. Everything including my initial tour, the lease signing, move in, adding someone to the lease has been nothing but easy. The building is kept clean, manag
