I get good guidance in decisions in keeping it rather than selling me something new and always personal attention. My iphone was dead. Jerry of Quadstar put a new battery in my 6plus and tried his best to get my phone to work properly. It didn't but my information was saved so I was grateful. He was fair, honest and helpful. Location and parking were convenient.
This place is great, I took my 13 year old MacBook laptop in thinking it was finally a lost cause and within minutes they had it diagnosed, estimated and gave me options to fix it. Paul was very helpful and really knowledgeable, so thankful this place is available. If you have an Apple product, this would be the place to get honest fair advice and service.
