Would NOT recommend "QScend Technologies" to any municipality. After 14 years of paying them as our web host (and whatever else they chose to bill us for without asking), they descended to the very bottom of desperation in an attempt to keep getting money from us, and keep their dying business afloat, once we decided to cancel their "service". If you learned of this company at the League of Municipalities conference, beware. They have highly questionable business practices, questionable billing practices, and are ten years behind technology - which is not good for a "technology" company, whose owner admits he's "not really a technology guy." Their operations, processes, and extremely questionable "customer support" prove it. Just look at the pictures and their captions that accompany this post. This was the worst vendor experience a government entity could ever have. If your municipality is a diligent steward of your resident's tax dollars and how they are spent, be extremely careful with QScend Technologies. You might regret it if you waste your tax payer's dollars. Google G-Suite is more affordable, has better technology, and customer support is 24/7 - not whenever (or however) they feel like "helping."
