The chef did an excellent job with the food. Pork belly appetizer was a nice start. The lamb was tender and cut like butter. The servers were friendly. The smoked bourbon was entertaining.
I enjoyed myself here, the establishment stepped out of the box as far as flavor goes! I was very visually pleased with the food! I love that the menu yields to fresh ingredients, so it changes often! The atmosphere is nice and the staff was amazing! Would recommend! Be prepared to try something new!💜💜
I visited Purveyor for my birthday. Amy, our server, was wonderful. The staff was amazing. The food was both beautiful and delicious. We will definitely be back. Please visit if you haven't!
All of the food was excellent, and the service was even better! Wendy was our server and she did an amazing job! No complaints about the food or service. The four stars is only because their menu isn’t allergen accurate (literally the chef confirmed it) so for safety reasons that should be re-done. The cocktails were good, but we had the baby octopus, seared swordfish, Wagyu, and kumquat cheesecake and the food was perfection. Will definitely be returning.
Me and my girlfriend had a really nice experience here. The food wasn't merely food but an artist's creation. I had the ribeye and Peruvian potato chips and she had the wagyu with purple mashed potatoes. We finished off our meals with a goat's milk mascarpone and lingonberry dessert. The food was delicious and was present in a delightful manor. The price was steep but between the attentive service and lovely food, it was worth it. I recommend a visit.
Excellent food and service! The starters were amazing! The lamb was tender and juicy!
We made reservations for an early dinner, we arrived even earlier but had no trouble getting a seat. The initial reception was warm and inviting, and though our seating was a low and diminutive table (I'm a bit of a curvier gentleman) the seating was comfortable. We ordered drinks, you would imagine that a business operated by the Church Street Wine Shop would have excellent wine choices, and the menu did not disappoint. What you might not expect is the amazing bourbon selection. Really excellent, hard to find favorites that are difficult to come across in most casual dining scenarios. As a warm up, a parmesan crusted bread with garlic and chive butter is served. It's fantastic. We chose roasted pork belly and corn bread as appetizers, and they did not disappoint. The cornbread was finished with sea salt and broiled to get a crispy, almost caramelized top which was phenomenal. The pork belly was ephemeral, roasted to perfection with very well rendered fatty sections that just held together to make the perfect bite. We each had a different salad, a roasted beet salad and a watercress-dandelion affair. The beet salad sat on this blissful buttery sauce, I cannot describe it well but it was really great. The watercress-dandelion was crispy, alternatively spicy from the radishes, bitter from the dandelion, and sweet/sour from the dressing. Lovely. For the entree, I had the short ribs. Wonderfully braised, for probably way longer than I'd have the patience for. Superbly seasoned and dressed well with a celeriac cream that perfectly cut through the richness of the ribs. My wife had the Angus filet, which was a glorious blessing. Lying on a bed of rich prosciutto sauce and accompanied by charred Hawaiian onions, this was an amazing plate! For dessert, my wife had a 40 year port and the Mexican dome cake. Served with a smear of raspberry reduction of some type, this was a fantastic crescendo to a really spectacular meal. I will add that the service was absolutely perfect, the wait staff made sure we were well cared for and I sincerely appreciate that! Keep a table open for us, folks - we'll be back!
We are visiting from DC and trying out different restaurants in Huntsville....Eating out at this restaurant was an absolutely delightful experience that we will always remember. My in-laws treated us to this special occasion, and we were blown away by the excellent food and drinks. The steak and ribeye were cooked to absolute perfection, and each bite was bursting with flavor. Our server, David, was an absolute gem, providing top-notch service and ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. He truly made the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, it was the best dining experience we've had yet. It is super pricey for it's casual feel even by DC standards and their menu change seasonally. Grateful our in-laws took us. But overall love it!!!
Absolutely amazing! I have forgotten the name of our server but she was so sweet and helpful! She told us about happy hour and that certain things were half off! (Or at least a discounted rate) The food was absolutely amazing, sooo good! I highly rec
Upon arriving home with my carryout order this evening, I noticed several items were missing. I was highly irritated, but called and spoke calmly to a manager named David. He was very professional and handled the situation perfectly. He apologized an
It was our first time here. They are located right outside the gate of Redstone Arsenal. Plenty of seating and great food options. I had the happy hour wing and they were nicely done. Others with me ordered the Cheeseburger, Salmon meal and a Salad.
