He acted with urgency, sending out the crew, and within hours the entire affected area was gutted. They made me feel completely comfortable and reassured that I was in good hands. All unaffected rooms and sections were securely wrapped in plastic to prevent any damage, and the team worked with impressive cleanliness and attention to detail. Manuel Ventura, who led the team, was also phenomenal in addressing my questions and concerns, keeping me informed every step of the way. I had a water leak behind my refrigerator that soaked into my floors and the crawlspace below my house, and had no idea what to do. A Google search brought me to Draško at PuroClean and I called him based on previous reviews. He was incredibly helpful and helped me to understand the scope of the problem and that I would need to make an insurance claim. A friend who owns a construction company came by afterwards to offer a second opinion and agreed with everything Draško told me. In fact the two companies ended up collaborating with PuroClean doing mitigation and my friend’s company doing restoration. Adonay and Manny and all the other workers from PuroClean were great and they all did their best to make a difficult situation as easy as possible for me. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
