Purity Candy - Sweet shop in Lewisburg - 422 Market St, USA

This is some of the highest quality of candy that I have ever had. The chocolate is perfect. Not too sweet. Not bitter. Just right. The staff is done of the friendliest around. There's an old school feel to the place. I love it. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, I would HIGHLY recommend you stop in.

I recently came across this chocolate store walking through the main street of Lewisburg. I stopped in and purchased dark chocolate coconut clusters, chocolate covered peanut butter crackers (both milk and dark chocolate) and their signature milk chocolate drop with crushed peanuts. I forget the name of those but everything was very good. I'm not from the area but I will definitely be back.

This candy shop is a local institution! Always have amazing chocolates in various presentations. They have solid formed seasonal chocolates, nut clusters, peanut butter meltaways, creme filled chocolates, chocolate covered pretzels, the list goes on and on and all the candy is made at their store a few miles up the road! They even make their own lollipops and candy canes!! Friendly staff can help you find what you’re looking for and can wrap your orders for gifts!

Overpriced, terrible service from nasty unsightly workers who are inconvenienced to help. Unsightly packaged handpicked chocolates which are simply thrown together in boxes with no care whatsoever. Alpo Dog Food is more appetizing. Fudge is not cut and boxed as I requested for a gift. I’m totally disappointed and disgusted with this second rate slop. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and spend between $70 and $200 each time I shop there depending on the season of the year. I have had good service once when the owner’s daughter was there over 10 years ago. The staff has always made me feel uncomfortable. Quite frankly, I don’t understand why I continue to go back. I will never go back after the terrible way I was treated today. I would advise everyone to keep going. Don’t waste your time or money. Overrated Overpriced slop

We pass through the area every year and everyone is so nice! The milk chocolate covered espresso beans are especially delicious this year!

Found the lady inside extremely rude. Didn't think the candy was anything special either. Seemed very overpriced. With how rude lady was to all 4 customers inside I won't be back.

One of my favorite stops when I travel to Virginia. Outstanding quality chocolate and a fun selection. Christmas is exceptional with the handmade candy canes!
