I'm thrilled to share my experience at the yoga studio! In just two weeks, I've found it to be a haven of tranquility and expert guidance. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, creating a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. The variety of classes caters to different preferences, making each session a unique and rejuvenating experience. The studio's commitment to fostering a positive community is evident, making it a five-star destination for anyone on a journey to wellness through yoga. So grateful for Pure yoga and wellness. Pure Yoga and Wellness is by far the best studio I have ever joined. It is not just a yoga studio, it is a community. I followed Jessica there because she is such a positive influencer in my life. At Pure Yoga, I always feel welcome and encouraged and I have received the best workouts of my life since starting there. Every instructor is extremely knowledgeable and positive. The other thing I love is how they are always offering workshops. In addition, they truly care about the community and offer a membership where a portion of your monthly fees go towards a membership of someone who cannot afford one. I love this concept and feel the price they charge for the "pure collective" membership is extremely reasonable and includes so many more perks than expected. I would highly recommend checking this gem of a yoga family out!!

It’s hard to put into words how much Pure has meant to me since I started coming almost a year ago. I came to the studio after struggling with postpartum depression. I was looking to get my body "back", but what I found was so much more. Yoga has changed my life, I feel more in touch with myself than I ever have been and am so proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish physically (even if it’s balancing a few seconds longer then the week before). I’ve never felt so welcomed by a yoga studio (any space really). Until Pure I didn’t really know what “community” meant. I’ve met likeminded friends that I wouldn’t have otherwise. On days when I don’t feel like getting up, knowing that they’ll be there gets me out the door. Each class seems to give me exactly what I need each day I come, and every teacher is unique and wonderful. I also appreciate that there are flexible cost options , especially in this economy. Just another reason I love Pure, the owners actually care about people. Pure is something special and a huge part of my life ❤️ so thank you !

Pure Yoga and Wellness is my happy place! When I first started at the studio I was a yoga newbie and admittedly a little nervous. I was instantly put at ease, as each instructor offers cues for all skill levels. Every single instructor at this studio is wonderful (which in my experience, is very rare!). They are all engaging, kind, encouraging, empowering and passionate-- and each brings their own personality, style and music(!) to every class. There are a range of class types and heat levels, so there is really something for everybody. In each class there is usually some space for meditation and you always end with a cool lavender towel. It is just one of my favorite places to be. I always leave better than I came. I am so thankful to Karlie (the owner) for bringing such an amazing space to Atascadero. If you are on the fence, just try it! You will be greeted with open arms and your life will improve!

The changing/check-in area is warm and inviting. The whole studio is the cleanest I have ever been to, even the bathroom is spotless and well cared for. The teachers know their stuff, push you to your limit, and make you feel like a better version of yourself all the while. Get a membership asap. The ice towels might also change your life.

Seriously one of my favorite yoga studios ever. The environment and energy as you walk in is welcoming and really feels like a true community. They have a wide variety of classes for all different levels, including very hot classes with weights and slower classes focused on strengthening/stretching. If you can a class by Morgan, I highly recommend it as she is one of my favorite instructors (she is an absolutely gem)! I can’t say enough good things about Pure Yoga and Wellness! You will not be disappointed coming here!

I knew after my first class I was hooked on this studio. I'm new to yoga but I have never felt like an outsider or overwhelmed. They offer a variety of classes from meditative/restorative yoga, more flowy and heated vinyasa type classes, yoga+weight combos, hot pilates and kettlebell as well. It's pretty amazing to be able to strengthen muscles, mind and respiratory system while listening to perfectly paired music. It's difficult to convey in a Google review how impactful the environment is. The instructors are incredible and are genuinely happy to be there and help every person. But there is also no pressure to do or be anything you don't want to. I don't know. If you are still reading this and an overthinker/researcher like me just try it out!

I can't express how grateful I am for Pure Yoga & Wellness! This studio has truly become an integral part of my life, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. First and foremost, the instructors here are nothing short of amazing. Their passion for yoga/pilates/exercise shines through in every class. They genuinely care about your progress and well-being. Their guidance and support have been invaluable to me and such a positive impact on my life. The classes are fantastic! The variety of classes keeps things interesting, and I love how they cater to all skill levels. I get a great workout every.single.time. I absolutely LOVE the classes. The studio also maintains a calming and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to unwind and focus during each session.The class schedules are convenient, making it easy to incorporate them into my weekly routine (yay for 6 AM crew). I appreciate the consistency of morning workout offerings and the great community of people. I really enjoy the community of like-minded individuals on a journey to better themselves and have fun in each class!
