Hired to help with a move out clean and they did an extremely poor job and communication was also poor, impossible to get ahold of on the phone. Hugely disappointing as it was three times as expensive as anywhere else in town. Do not recommend to anyone.

Completely untrustworthy company. We scheduled a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning that they never showed up for. We had a confirmed appointment, they cancelled it without informing us and left us with a day to realize we had to clean the house ourself and find someone else to clean the carpets. After this they refused to return our calls or even provide an explanation. We called the main number and their emergency numbers and got no response at all even from their emergency numbers. Do not trust these people.

So about a year ago my husband and I had a less than ideal experience with one of the Pure Clean Tech employees. I had written the company off until we met Rob. We decided to give the company another shot in our new home because of Rob. I am so glad we did! We left on vacation and came home to clean carpets, rugs, couch and air vents! So nice to be able to trust a company to come in while you are out of town and take care of everything. And everything looked great!The boss even went the extra mile to make sure we were happy this time, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using and recommending PCT in the future!

I can't speak highly enough of these guys. We had an emergency with ground water filling up our crawl space and were close to reaching our furnace. They showed up early on a Sunday morning and immediately got the situation under control. They were fast, efficient, did a great job, and kept us up to date on everything. Excellent local company!

I have worked with Matt and Jared, owners of Pure Clean Techs, for over 10 years. They are by far the most responsible reliable company I’ve ever worked with, when dealing with cleaning and restoration. As the former head of facilities and building maintenance for Holy Rosary Church in Bozeman they always responded to all of our cleaning needs and emergencies immediately , we never had to wait. I would call, and they would show up!

We have used Pure Clean Techs multiple times. We have used them to do everything from move out cleans, carpet cleans and water damage restoration. Every time they have gone above and beyond expectations. Matt and Jerad's team have the best service and experienced team in the business. The last time we used them for an emergency flood at my mothers house. Another restoration company was failing at service and mitigating the damage. We called Matt and Jerad and they were at the house within minutes and took control of the situation saving the house. I cannot recommend them enough!

Pure Clean Techs has helped with with carpet cleaning, smoke removal, and flood restoration. Always prompt and Jon's well done. They seem make the choice to always do the right thing if service is questionable . Matt and Jared hold high value in by book for being standup individuals and company owners.

I have had multiple water damage at my office throughout the years (some were small and one was big). Pure Clean Techs were there every time quickly and took care of the damage and restoration. I have never had to worry about anything with the clean up and restoration and I would highly recommend them.
