Clean space, LOVELY staff. I wanted to put a word in for KATHLEEN (at the front desk) & Instructor Laura. Kathleen was extremely kind, caring, & helpful - she made it work so my partner & I would have a great first time experience. I hope management can acknowledge & recognize her in some way. Part of the experience of wanting to come back is because of her. :) Laura is a great instructor- and I look forward to coming back & checking out more classes. Pure Barre MDR is the best studio in town! I pay for my gym membership every month but I stopped going about 4 years ago because I do barre pretty exclusively. I’ve been a member at this location since it opened and have only had positive experiences! Kristina goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. (She’s also my accountability coach when I miss too many classes! ;) ) The team of instructors are also amazing and work each class to ensure they know everyone and their personal fitness goals. My favorite class is classic because I’m a purist but I take the other classes regularly because they challenge me. Even though PBMDR offers group classes, I always feel like I get tailored feedback, which is so helpful! I love this studio and definitely encourage anyone looking for immediate results and community great women to give it a try!

I love the Pure Barre workouts! I've been training at Pure Barre Marina del Rey for a few months and I really start seeing and feeling a difference in my body. My whole body is getting stronger because in each workout we're working every muscle of the body. I love that it's combined with stretches in between, to combine strengthening with stretching of the muscles. The classes are a good challenge and lots of fun, with great music and all teachers and staff are super sweet and helpful! Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere!

I love, love, love this pure barre studio! I signed up three years ago and am so glad I did. The teachers are fabulous and the owner, Kristina, is so sweet. This workout really challenges you and works your entire body. I am much more toned and fit thanks to pure barre. I also love how these classes help me clear my head. I highly recommend this studio and encourage you to take a class!

Love this studio! The staff and instructors are exceptional. Each time I visit, I am welcomed by name :) The instructors make a point to give you shoutouts and correct your form throughout each class. They give you tips on how to push through challenging positions and empower you to hold through the “shakes.” Each instructor brings something different to the table, but they are all awesome! I’ve never been able to stick to a workout regimen before pure barre, and I’m not going back. My clothes fit better and I notice positive changes to my physique and mindset after each class.

I’ve been going to Pure Barre for over 2 years. I’ve never liked working out, until I came here! All the teachers at the studio are so well trained, they motivate you and make working out fun and something that I look forward to!! The owners Kristina & Josh always greet you by your name and makes you feel very comfortable!!! I wished I had discovered it earlier!!! Love my pure barre studio & family!!! 💕

I've taken my fair share of barre classes before and Pure Barre is the only one that has worked to help relieve my shoulder and neck pain. It's hard work, but so worth it. The teachers are super encouraging and they definitely put their effort in to get to know each individual student. The classes are small which allows for teachers to provide individual adjustments for each student so we have more accurate form and subsequently more challenge - which I so appreciate. The owner, Kristina is also very welcoming and definitely creating a community with a "can do" attitude.

Once you try Pure Barre MDR, you’ll definitely want to keep coming back, and it won’t be long before you see results! You’ll be comfortable from the start. Owner Kristina has created a very warm and welcoming studio environment. Friendly, dedicated teachers motivate throughout the demanding classes, and the clientele is also supportive. Different from other workouts, I actually look forward to Pure Barre, especially at the MDR location!
