Pure Barre Hendersonville is a fantastic community! I’m a former barre instructor, and I was looking to get back into barre and join a strong community of women. Pure Barre is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The teaching methods are fantastic, the variety of class formats and times is great, the staff is enthusiastic and supportive, and the members are all encouraging of one another. Whether you’re taking barre for the first time, or you’re advanced, Pure Barre teaches to every level and provides a great, challenging workout in an even more amazing community of women!
I joined Pure Barre looking to get physically active again. The community is amazing, everyone is so kind. I have never met coaches who are so supportive. I leave every class feeling energized and accomplished. I love that there are a variety of classes to pick from, and that each class is different enough to prevent boredom with the exercises. I am so much stronger and more flexible, and I have more confidence because of Pure Barre Hendersonville!
Love this place! Pure Barre Hendersinville is the place to be warmly welcomed, greeted with smiles and conversation from the friendly community, be inspired by awesome instructors—oh and get a great workout!! Several formats: Foundations, Classic, Reform and Empower. Each format works every muscle group in 50 minute classes, making you stronger, more balanced and flexible. It’s challenging, but really worth it! Come on in and give PBH a try!!
