We’ve been serval times over the years for birthday parties and free play. It’s a clean facility & the staff are friendly & welcoming. Kids of all ages have fun here as well, plenty to do!

Its been a while since we've been to any of the Pump It Up locations, but the kids had an absolute blast every single time we went! They have the BIG slide like the one that was in Taylor - which is much more fun in my kids' eyes! And mine too! My daughter loved it and had no problem maneuvering around when she was 5, neither did my son who is autistic and non verbal. They had SO much fun, we definitely made some core memories!

I took my grandsons here (with my son-in-law Andy C), the week between Christmas and New Year 2024. We were the second family in-carpet is FILTHY!!! Clearly, it is not cleaned daily! Parents are allowed to wear their shoes on the carpet…just a very dirty place! Do not recommend if you’re adverse to playing in dirty spaces. Will not return.

My kid loved it, but I can't give it 5 stars for a couple reasons. First, some of the equipment needed to be adjusted/reattached in order to work properly. It was not at all busy when we were there, so it's not as if it just got crazy and was constantly in use. Didn't seem like it was very well cared for. Secondly, the music was totally inappropriate for kids. I do not want my 6 year old to hear who is being invited to whose bed, or about using drugs, or how high someone is while he's playing in a kids only facility. I would've mentioned it on the way out, but there was no employee to be found at that point.

Very clean and organized place for a child's birthday party. Staff was very tentive and polite. Kids had a Great time. Thank you for hosting Elliott 1st birthday party with his cousins 💗

Good place for little kids to play and have fun while exercising and it’s affordable for parents. Make sure you call them ahead to make sure they have open play for you kid’s age.

They are unorganized and can't even get you one group shot photo. Paid $600 plus a huge tip. NEVER AGAIN! Parents please go to other places where you can have more flexibility. So much money and poor service.

I like that each party has their own area so it is private and we didn'thave to go looking for the kids. They all had a lot of fun. They took pictures during our time in the bounce house area, which was nice. You have the option to purchase them after the party. They also took a group picture for us to take home. We went to another room to have our food and open gifts. I felt like we were kind of rushed through this part. The one thing that was an issue for us is that they ran 15-20 minutes late after asking us to be there 15 minutes early. Earlier in the day, it would not be as much of an issue, but it was a 6:00 party. All in all, we had a great time, and the staff was awesome!
