It’s a good place for children to have fun. It’s big, has bouncing castles and big toys, snacks and toy vending machines. Playtime is long, they hold both public and private parties. However, there’s also some drawbacks that need to be taken into account. What we mentioned is just for public sessions: - many toys need maintenance. Some of them are broken and unsafe. - staff look super tired. Our concierge, or the person who is supposed to be our guide, only led us to the venue and left. He didn’t stay to supervise. - there’s no first-aids available. My kid, 3 years old, was hit accidentally by an older kid who fell down, and got a bad nosebleed. I hurriedly looked for the staff only for them to hand me two bandages. I had no idea how to use bandages for nosebleeds. But, fortunately, the bleeding stopped after five minutes with the help of facial tissues that we always carry. Other than that, it was a memorable for my toddler because he had really fun time. He laughed and giggled a lot.

Had a joint bday for our 5 year old girls. They called ahead of time to review the orders and plan, we’re communicative throughout the whole party. They gave us warnings before moving to the 2nd room, then got me to set up the room beforehand and reviewed the birthday plan. I walked in and the room was already set up so nicely. We had Vincent as our room party coordinator and he did a great job getting the kids to sing happy birthday, pass out food and cake to everyone, and helping clean up. Thanks for a great time!

Went here last week for my niece's birthday and it was a great experience! The facility was very well-kept and organized. The staff were very friendly, especially Marlon who made it very fun for the kids. Would recommend other families to go!

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, kids had a blast! Everything right from the reservation till end of party was so smooth. They made sure we had a great experience and was so patient in answering all my questions and providing assistance whenever needed. Thanks much !

Please listen to all of the negative reviews. I made a mistake and decided to host a party here even after reading all of the negative reviews. We had a terrible experience. Nothing was ready or organized. The staff hate their jobs and don’t want to be there. Party started late and ended 10 minutes early. We had gotten all the extra packages and nothing was prepared and nobody even knew about it. The food is absolutely disgusting and cold. There are so many other places to host parties. Do not recommend this place.

Our daughter and her friends had as much fun for her 18th birthday as they did on her 4th birthday, long ago. The staff were friendly and did their jobs, and we were able to start on time. The inflatables and the rest of the facility were clean, functional, and in good condition. We went through two rooms with bouncy activities, and then a "party room". The host in the party room had set the tables, and then cut & distributed the birthday cake we had brought. Both bouncy rooms had some other large scale toys too, for those who needed a break from bouncing and climbing. The birthday girl was very pleased.

My little sister had her birthday here. She loved it very much! We ordered the "bubbles" for her birthday party however I feel like there was so little of them that the kids didn't even pay attention to them. Overall the place is great for kids, tweens, and teens. Celebrating here is a must do at least once in your life!

This is a great place for a kids birthday party! So easy to book. Staff communicated with me in advance and throughout. Kids had a great time! Perfect, low stress option for a busy parent!
