We celebrated my sons 10th birthday at pump it up on January 6. This is our 3rd time using pump it up and it’s great every time. It’s a little pricey but they set everything up and coordinate. The young man that helped us this time was great at keeping up with the kids for pictures and was kind. Thank you pump it up!
They were great. They handled everything and they made sure to touch base and check with us on whatever we wanted. I would 100% recommend this place for parties. Everyone had a blast and it was thanks to great staff!

The planning was made easy through online ordering, they were very helpful and responsive when I needed to change the package. They were very helpful with decorating the room with decorations I had. Pizza was great. All the kids had a great time.
Went for a birthday party. It was the first time my kids or myself had ever been there. I think it's a great place and the way they plan the parties so it isn't too crowded or hectic makes it a lot easier for the parents to relax while the kids play. My almost two year old had just as much fun as my seven year old. And maybe the price isn't bad for all you get, but I wouldn't pay it.
Highly recommend Pump It Up for your childs Birthday party. The staff took over the minute we walked in and handled everything perfectly. Private and clean, it felt like we had the whole facility to ourselves. The kids had a blast!
