History plays a large part in this place. The decor is a country store and the food is southern home type cooking. Service is prompt and the place is always packed. Pulled pork was good, spicy BBQ sauce is worth buying a bottle in the store. Shrimp and grits a little bland and boring, definitely needs hot sauce, (an individual preference). Hot chicken sandwich wasn’t that hot. Better versions are everywhere in Franklin. Nice house old fashioned. Went once, won’t be back, but I’ll use the spicy BBQ sauce.

Excellent food and amazing atmosphere. Only my second time in Nashville but first time getting the true Southern food experience. My girlfriend took me straight there when we got into town as it’s one of her favorites. Easily got seated on a Friday night and enjoyed appetizers, mains, and dessert! Started off with the fried pimento cheese balls which when paired with their jam were the perfect combo of sweet and spicy! I got the pulled pork mac and cheese which was perfect, added some BBQ sauce from the table as well. Tried my girlfriend’s chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes as well and was blown away by the flavors in both! I’m a sucker for some good cobbler, so when I saw that on the dessert list I had to get it. Multiple pieces of homemade cherry cobbler topped with a scoop of some of the best vanilla ice cream I’ve ever had. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had at a restaurant. About halfway through the meal some live entertainment started with music on stage and it just fit the vibe so well! Highly recommend and will absolutely be going back when I’m in Nashville again!

Not quite a 5, but close. Another one of those places everyone said to try. Not disappointed. The hot chicken sandwich was great. Really wish the side of coleslaw was bigger, just served in a portion cup. It was delicious. Thr fries were good. Some a little soggy, and some were overcooked. Also had the chicken fried steak with mashed. Really good...mashed were a little chunky, not creamier. Really a preference. Their desserts looked awesome. But we were so full that we simply couldn't do it. Would definitely go back. Locals simply not wrong with this one.

The reviews don't lie. My girls shared plain wings and the country fried steak (chicken fried where I'm from). For plain wings, they were delicious and crunchy (the girls didn’t want seasoned or spicy). The country fried steak tastes better than it looks. It didn't look bad, but I wasn't impressed with its appearance, but made up in flavor. The mashed potatoes were a 10. My wife had the dried chicken and that was a solid choice. Freaking awesome. I myself didn't order anything only polished off their leftovers, which was plenty.

I couldn’t recommend more highly. The blueberry lemonade cocktail is the best! The cider was good. Fried pickles and dip were also very yummy. My salad was good!! The cinnamon roll bread pudding was good, but mostly just tasted like a very good cinnamon roll and not bread pudding. The fried brownie sundae… yes please every week!! Faith was a fantastic server, as was her trainee from Ireland!! Then there is the manager Frank… we all fell in love with Frank!! Thanks Puckett’s for a great time. Oh and a shout out to Donnie the bartender, our kinda folks!!

We went for breakfast this morning. We had the applejack pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and the breakfast burrito. It was all AMAZING! Our serving, Bailey, was so kind and gave great recommendations and the gentleman who checked on us was so nice. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. Such a cute little place-we will definitely be back!

This place was awesome. The service was great and the food was even better. I had the chicken fried chicken and some seasoned fries and you have to try the macaroni; fantastic.

This place is TOP NOTCH!!! Our greeter was Big Frank 😁 and our awesome server was the very distinguished Mr Joseph 🙌🏽 Ok, so hubs and I are Carnivore and we eat MEAT ONLY(high protein) they have this dish called THE WHOLE FARM and let me tell you—that’s what it was!! Best suggestion from Big Frank, Brisket, pulled pork, fibs, smoked half chicken, and Joseph suggested we add the sausage, CARNIVORE DREAM!!! Definitely our new spot!! We will be back!!!
