They were ok. Parking in not good at all. Didn't have a couple items I wanted, so I substituted. Checkout was quick

Does Publix means a lot. 90 percent of the employees on food, and look at the customer as if, they don't even want to help. Management is doing a horrible job. Customer service looks like a vacation spot. All employees they sitting down, and do not even greet the customer with a smile. It is somewhat intimidating.. This Publix supermarket, is giving the rest of the company stores a bad name and reputation in this neighborhood.

Quite possibly, THE WORST Publix I've ever been to. Sucks cause it's half a mile from my house. The staff is very pleasant. The store is clean. No complaints there. But the store itself, and selection of items, is seriously lacking...especially for a Publix. Don't even get me started on the parking situation. I usually end up parking in a fire lane at the very end of the building bc they don't have enough spots to accomodate the people traffic in their store. If I'm not in a rush, I take the time and goto the 17th street location, which is light years better.

We came in for subs on Sunday. MJ made both my husband's and I sandwich. Not only was he kind in making the Sandwhiches the way we like them, but he was also fast and efficient. Thank you MJ for the delicious Sandwhiches Sir. We appreciate you

This place is a good place to stop but it's in the hood and some of the people there don't really want to be there working and they show it. Other than that there is staff that goes overboard to help you out with what you need. I guess it's what time of the day you show up. Just like any other Publix so enjoy yourself.

This is the worst Publix I've ever been to. If you pre-order a sub, they keep it behind the counter so you have to wait in the ALWAYS LONG deli line to retrieve it, making ordering ahead pointless. "People steal the online orders" is the reason they gave me. Apparently, people fed up with waiting forever at the deli just steal other peoples orders. The manager had to step in when there were 3 people looking for their online orders, so they are aware. Hopefully they can get it fixed. They also have a small beer cooler with limited selection that always has many brands out of stock.

Not to par compared with other Publix’s. They need more parking and self checkout! Small store with little space to pass by. They should close the Winn Dixie down the street and move Publix there to be honest!
