Office worker Name Burma Was so helpful and very friendly any questions that I ask she was so kind to answer in a professional manner. She also help in Assisting me to get a push cart to load my Boxes . And when I was driving out my phone was having trouble picking up signal to open gate she also help assisted with my needs of departure.
The place is well kept and Jennifer did an awesome job! She walked me through the process and answered any questions I had, she was very personable and helpful.
One thing I do recommend is I wish they had more dolly/karts through the location. But other than that, I recommend this place! Make sure to get app access as it makes it so much easier to open the gate without having to get out of your car.

I am leaving this storage at the end of this month. I have never been told that staying at your unit more than 20 minutes was loitering. I have congestive heart failure and work very slowly, I explained this to the Manager Brianna who has no idea what I am trying to explain to her. She has reported me so many times and never once ever came to speak to me in person. I lost one storage because of her and so I am leaving before I loose my other one.
