Although there were many issues with the technology at the location, Tanya made it as seamless for us as possible. She was very attentive to our needs, welcoming and made us feel like family. Although my head was hearting due to stress, Tanya made me feel so much better. If you’re in need of a storage, I recommend this location, Tanya will take care of you.
Tanya is the best! I ran into a problem with an existing reservation for a unit when attempting to complete the online rental process. Tanya took the time to explain why I was having the issue and also walked me through the process to finish the reservation. She was. knowledgeable and went over and above to help her customer. It is so refreshing to experience customer service at this level. We need more employees like Tanya.
I went in yesterday with my daughter diamond, Tanya was very helpful and although we missed out on the storage for my daughter. She helped us go online and find one closer. I appreciate that good customer service. Great job Tanya. you deserve a raise boo

We tried the Jerk wings special. They were delicious. Jerk white w/yams and cabbage. The dinners come with rice/beans. We tried the Jerk Salmon dinner. The yams were delicious. The salmon and cabbage needs some salt/seasoning.

This is my little spot. The servers are charming- and always get my drink right. I order: Carmel Machiato Soy No Foam Upside down. Doing No Foam is nard, but they get it right everytime.
