Amazing little food truck! You can really taste the love and thought that went into everything. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair for the portion size and the hand cut fries are awesome. Definitely recommend trying the K Poppers if you like a good gochujang. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!
I have had the pleasure of eating at this fine food truck a few times now and every time the food has been on point. You can really tell the care and love he puts into his dishes. Everything is tender, flavourful, perfectly cooked and just all around delicious. Will definitely eat here again and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for good bite to eat.
Food is consistently amazing. I love that this food truck is stationary so I always know where to find it. The best gastropub around town. Owner is very personable and puts his best into each plate. Highly recommend!!
Love the food at this food truck! Everything is always amazing no matter what you get. I love the k poppers and the char sui rice bowl. The Italian beef sandwich is the closest thing to an original Chicago beef as you can get. The menu does change seasonally but everything has been delicious. I’m excited to see what else they make! And the owner is so nice and friendly :)
First of all, note that Public Affairs is parked in the back of the brewery building. (Di Da, also a great food truck, is parked in front.) Secondly, the parking lot for the brewery is woefully small, so you might have to double-park and block someone in. Thirdly, the wait for your food could be quite excessive.
Between ordering at the truck window at 7pm and receiving my take-home order, I waited 52 minutes (fifty-two!!!), without anyone ordering ahead of me and only one person ordering after me. Heck, I've gone to McGuires next door when their line was out the door... and we were seated and served in less time.
Was the 52-minute wait worth it?
YES!
I ordered five items to feed my family at home, and despite my late arrival with our dinner, all of us were thoroughly impressed. The m̶a̶s̶h̶u̶p̶ fusion of flavors was very complementary, and because everything was cooked to order, nothing was food-truck-dry (or wilted).
E͟l͟e͟v͟a͟t͟e͟d street food for sure! Definitely putting Public Affairs on my Favorites short-list.
HIGHLY!!! Recommend! Food flavor was unique and delicious! The tots were cooked perfectly crispy! not soggy. Meat was really good quality! The food truck is parked next to a brewery that has a place to sit and games to play(corn hole & ping pong) anyways, will be stopping here again when travel through this area!
Alright y’all get your keys hop in your car and try out this young man’s food truck best KOREAN-like fried chicken I’ve ever had , the smash burgers are on point with flavor seasoning bread and toppings just a great burger. We tried 4 different menu items and not a single dish dissapointed and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu fully recommend trying this food truck fresh food experience in the Pensacola area
My favorite food truck, can't get enough! K-poppers are my go to, also love it with rice. Craving it right now but unfortunately not open today. Taste buds will have to wait until tomorrow.
