Providence Pointe is a great apartment community. The leasing specialists and office administrators are very kind and helpful. They even know me by name :-) Maintenance is super responsive and take great care in their work. They are very courteous. The amenities are awesome. I love the ponds with the duck and geese :-) The pool and community garden are added plusses. While there is some noise from neighbors above and below us, it is not excessive and nothing one would not expect from living in an apartment complex. Overall, we love it. The location is phenomenal and very convenient.
I've been here since 2018 having moved from SC. All my married life [57 years] we lived in houses we'd bought. Moving here was a potential challenge as my wife had died and I was going from a house to an apartment. This was a new and scary experience. I have to say that it was not as traumatic as I thought as the staff here has been just great. I was welcomed and became a part of their "family". Any problems I've had have been quickly taken care of, whether it be in administration or maintenance of any sort by a super efficient and friendly staff. The on-site gym is also a welcome benefit. Its staff is also great.
I have loved living here so far! The application/leasing process was smooth and the leasing office answered my many questions along the way. The apartments have high ceilings, patios, and plenty of storage. Parking is easy. And there's a gym and pool!
I moved in a few days before Christmas and was so pleased when I opened the door to a very spacious floor plan that was clean and so beautiful inside. There was also a welcoming gift on the counter which I truly appreciated and I felt like I was truly at home. The closets and pantry are huge and I have plenty of storage. I love the in unit washer and dryer and all of my appliances were all modern and very clean. I look forward to using the amenities and getting to know some of my neighbors. So far I couldn’t ask for anything more.
When I left my apartment was in better shape then when I moved in. When I moved in there was still rice in the cabinet, mail on top of the fridge and food under kitchen appliances. I know it wasn't cleaned when I got there. They still kept my deposit. I use to clean apartments when people moved and also have been a landlord so I know the checklist. Carpets were shampooed as well and they still charged me to have them cleaned. People move in and out so much I was always dealing with cockroaches coming in my apartment and the walls are so thin that you can join in on your neighbors conversations if you want to. Pets poop and pee in the hallways all the time as well and owners could care less about cleaning it up. Not happy! Hope you have better time than I did. Good luck!
Nice, spacious apartments. Located in a great, safe area. Maintenance responds fast but often didn’t even fix the problem. For example, when I first moved in, the AC was broken and it took them 3 weeks to fix during the hottest time of the year (July/august). Their only solution was to provide us with a portable AC unit to plug into the wall, but some tube needed to be released outside for it to run, therefore my window was open constantly and defeated the purpose. Another example, microwave shot out and they replaced it fast but the only button that worked was the +30 sec/start button. I called maintenance to fix my living room blinds and my ring camera caught them going into my bedroom for a while so I never called them again. There’s an option to schedule their visit at a time you’ll be home or to only enter the apt when a tenant answers the door but they didn’t respect either option when requested. The office gives 24 hour notice to enter apt which is great but they find ways/excuses to enter unit sometimes once a month or once every two months and refuse to work with tenants to schedule a time to be there at the same time. I struggled to trust maintenance/office staff from what I stated previously and hated the idea of anyone being inside my home without me present but they didn’t care and said it was too much effort to do so. Office often made financial mistakes and put my rent on another tenants bill because they misread my unit number on the check and charged me hundreds of dollars in late fees. Obviously the fees were removed after I called them out and they fixed the problem, but still stressful and time consuming to fix. Their pond and garden are a beautiful view, but they fail to take care of the pond with tons of trash in the water. Overall, nice place to live but staff make it hard.
I’ve only been in my apartment since July, but any service requests I’ve had have been taken care of within 24hrs or less! And everyone in the office is always super helpful & nice! I would definitely recommend Providence Pointe to my friends!
We moved in to providence pointe and i love the living room is so big. The second room is really big and there was a clsoet in the bathroom in the second room . And the first room was big to, it also has a another bathroom in front of the first room so you can just walk in. And it has a laundry room and a closet next to the laundry room and has a pantry.

I reached out about batteries for my lock and two bulbs in my restroom. Within 20 minutes, the service man Cameron was at my door. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes and even replaced all the bulbs in my restroom because they didn't have any o
As a Physical Therapist who works with active people daily, I recommend everyone who needs a good shoe for running or walking over to Fitness Sports. They have a large selection of shoes and will help you find what feels best on your foot!
Great place to walk all the lil pups. The path is paved and goes around a play area + soccer field. Thereâs a connection to some neighborhood sidewalks, too. Be advised - my map always tries to take me to the side of the park with no parking lot. J
Secluded, weâll maintained and beautiful scenery for a trail run/ride! Thereâs nice map posted at the head of the trails and since it was our first time here, snapped a pic of it before taking off and it was very easy to follow. Table and a bike

This Texas Roadhouse is amazing!! I come here all the time with friends and family. Of all the time Iâve been, the other night was the best experience Iâve had. Logan was our server and he was kind and polite. I recommend getting the Chicken Crit
Service is always great and they make good drinks! We go Friday nights beginning at 8 for local live music. Dance floor is on the smaller side and can be crowded; plus I wish they had more tables for 2-4. Seats get wasted when 2-4 people sit at a tab
