LOVE the customer service!! A+ for friendliness and super helpful staff! Accommodating too!! They gave us all the information about the foods. ABSOLUTELY LOVE they have GF + DF choices. Great coffee, but they need a DECAF choice + ceramic cups. Plastic kills the ambience of a great cup o' joe. The hash was a bit light on flavor and spice. PB + JELLY pancakes were good. Could have used more peanut butter!! Next time I'll try something more exotic!! Overall great experience. We will be back! Thank you!

Order vegan pancakes and the were not cooked. Completely doughy and I called and all she said was thanks for letting me know. Not I’m sorry is there something we can do.

The food here is very healthy and it tastes like it. Everything is so fresh tasting and the options here are very unique and I don’t think I could find a bison burger anywhere else in the Des Moines area unless I tried very very hard. This place is located in the perfect spot across from lifetime fitness in case you wanted to go work out and then have a nice filling meal afterwards.

I cannot wait to try everything on this menu, but it will be hard to not get this Ninja sandwich. The piece of Ahi Tuna was a big as my hand, cooked perfectly, (Med Rare) and outstanding price. Hubby had the protein pancakes. Both of our meals, plus 2 protein shakes was $44.00, and the shakes were huge! I did not work out this day, and still lost 2 pounds, with this as my cheat meal..... needless to say, it will be very hard to not want to come here every weekend. Wildly impressed with this place. Staff was super friendly and patient, since it was our first time there.

On 6/6/2023 at 6:30 pm one of the items ordered to go was a muscle burger. when we got home to eat, the burger was topped with bacon burnt to a crisp on top of a very overly done burger. I literally can’t believe a restaurant would allow a $16 burger to be sold with such poor quality

Very good fresh food. Everything is prepared and cooked in healthier way. Very good Bison burger and salmon wrap with sweet potatoes Nice customer service.

So I ordered online for the first time today. I’d say a little pricey but worth it. My husband and I were FULL. Definitely protein packed and can tell it’s healthy fresh food. Excited to try more options for sure!

Staff were super friendly, young lady at counter. Food is amazing and if I to fitness the food value nutrition wise: wow.
