I travel, work remotely and live in an RV. Normally leave laptop problems to Best Buy as they are National. They decided I needed to download Window 11 and performed such remotely. Lost satellite during download that they did not monitor. Laptop was all screwed up. Happened to passing through Lynchburg and called ProtechMyPC out of the blue. Jonathan saw me immediately and corrected all issues. Services are exemplary. I now wish I lived near by.
