We were looking for an IT partner that would manage our systems, advise us on our technology needs, and manage IT projects that were putting some stress on internal teams that were shouldering the issues we had in the office. We had a previous IT company and our entire office was in chaos. Phan's team came in and had us back up and running within hours and went on to do a complete overhaul of our entire office. I don't know where we would be without them. There might be a lot of companies out there that are great with computers but there are few that have a staff that can communicate the problems with you without using their own jargon. I am a pretty picky person and these guys are top of the line. They continue to provide excellent service, prompt responses and it is always a pleasure to have then come out to our office. I would never work with anyone else.
