We installed two different surveillance systems into two different state-owned facilities, and Viking Security came in with the lowest bid and installed the system super quick with no issues. Outstanding service and staff.

I have called and called to get a quote from a team member and NO ONE returns my calls. I've gotten through to the front desk, but no one else returns the calls. My guess is that you don't want this company because if they don't return calls, then they must not be monitoring your systems. I was told they were good, but I'm doubting that.

ProTech Security has been a great company to partner with on our new church campus camera security system. Josh Nepsa provided guidance on the types of cameras available, what items would be practical for our site and kept us within budget. The installation process was very straight forward and technician team led by Dan Murphy always cleaned up after themselves. They were self-starters and did not need to have a person working with them daily. I checked in every two days to see if there were any issues and to answer questions that the church office could not answer. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and looking forward to using the new system!

The overall experience from the initial assessment by Ryan to the installation of my home system by Garrett and Greg was really outstanding. Ryan did a thorough assessment of my home's existing hard-wired system which had not been used by the previous occupant, and resulting security requirements. Ryan left some options on the table for future consideration, which I appreciated, and there was no hard up-selling. It was clear that the job's requirements were clearly communicated to all concerned, and there was no confusion once Garrett and Greg arrived on site.They immediately set to work after a brief walk-through of the house. They arrived on time, were very polite and personable, and took care to make sure that everything was working. They did an exceptional job explaining how the system worked and had me do the "hands-on" work so that I would feel confident with the system. They explained the various common scenarios and how to manage them on the system, including a siren that can't be silenced via the keypad. They left the user's manual and a couple of extra signs. The guys even noted a small leak in a drain pipe in the basement as they were installing a new panel! That's something that could evolve into a major issue if left unchecked, and I sure had not noticed it in the five months I have lived here. I also elected the option to download the app, which enables the user to arm and disarm the system from one's smart phone. I think it allows more flexibility than the standard 60 second delay after arming to get out of the house. Overall, it was a pleasure working with this team of professionals.
