Eric was the most wonderful host for our stay this past week. He was accommodating, communicative, and friendly. He was so knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us great recommendations for activities and restaurants near the B&B. The house was gorgeous and so well maintained. There was antique architecture as well as modern refurbishments. This was the epitome of the perfect B&B and we’ll definitely be back if we ever come back to the area. Much admiration to Eric and Judy
In Cambridge for a research trip, I spent eleven great days with Eric and Judy at Prospect Place B&B. They were fantastic hosts who not only made sure that I got off each morning after a wonderful breakfast (and sufficient coffee to keep me running for the day) but also gave me advice on where to find good dinners and on how best to get around. Eric even took pity on me in the nearly 100-degree heat and drove me in the mornings over to MIT! Way above and beyond! I will definitely stay at Prospect Place the next time I am in Cambridge!
This bed and breakfast was so incredibly lovely. The bed was comfy and the breakfasts were delectable. The owners are awesome people and very welcoming. Eric, one of the owners, even loaned my husband a bow tie for our event. The furniture was also just gorgeous.
We had a wonderful time staying here. The Charles suite was lovely and huge with its own sitting area. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts are very pleasant and accommodating.
Definitely highly recommend!!
A wonderful stay at Prospect Place Bnb! Eric and Judy were excellent hosts - very accommodating and served great breakfast. The amenities were also wonderful. Great proximity to the red line and other activities in Central Square. 100% would return next time I’m in the area.
This is a grand old house full of character. We had a great stay for 4 nights - the larger room on the second floor with shared bathroom down the hall but we had it to ourselves for 2 days, hardly noticed anyone else using it. ||Eric was a relaxed and friendly host. Breakfasts were varied and tasty, we enjoyed meeting other guests in the dining room. If you needed anything, you just had to ask. ||Location: our room faced the main street so there was some traffic noise in the early morning, but you quickly got used to it. The area in Cambridge was ideal for walking to Harvard or MIT, and there are some great restaurants in walking distance. Travelling to Boston city centre was easy from the subway station, about 5 minutes walk from the B&B. There's a great health food & local produce grocery store just over the road too! ||Eric was always on hand to give tips and directions, and advised us on where to park our car (there's no onsite parking), giving us a resident parking permit so our car stayed just around the corner on a quiet side street.
We had a wonderful stay for four nights - family of four in two rooms, with exclusive use of a bathroom down the hall.
Eric was a wonderful host and we felt well looked after. The breakfasts were delicious and served with other guests in the beautiful dining room.
Location: We're so glad we chose to stay here. Travel to the city centre was easy and quick from the subway station, about five minutes walk from the B&B. There are some great dining options nearby (we enjoyed Dumpling House and a ramen place in Harvard Square). I'd also recommend visiting the Harvard Art Museum - it's unlikely we would have gone there if we weren't staying nearby.
Fantastic stay at this B&B. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Firstly, we LOVED our room. We stayed downstairs in the basement, which was so quiet and comfortable. The king bed slept great. Very modern bathroom with large shower + bidet. Fluffy towels, nice toiletries. We had a large sitting room attached, where we enjoyed hanging out after long day of touring Boston. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, served on china, cloth napkins. Breakfast was different each morning and always yummy. We enjoyed meeting the other guests staying, as well as talking with the owner of the B&B. He had great advice on things to see, subway routes, parking, and anything else you might need. Lastly, I cant say enough about the great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the subway. 5 minute ride to downtown Boston. So EASY! Not to mention, the price charged is an AMAZING value for such a wonderful experience. I hope I can come back another time and stay longer. We really enjoyed our stay.
this skatepark is so spacious and so much fun. thereâs so many different ramps and areas to skate. the skaters are usually pretty friendly and give you space to do your thing. the scenery is so beautiful, especially when the sun starts to go down.
