An awesome experience, I was dreading what it would take and how long it would take, Travis came in and knocked it out of the park. Our (Samsung) fridge door seemed to just not wanna line up, which was causing the mullion door flap to not align and was just letting all the cold air out. Now it’s perfect/practically new again and I can take down the post it note we put up that was to remind everyone that the door wasn’t functioning properly, headache and stress has been relieved! Highly recommend if you need a service professional that is kind and not intimidating.

Travis always does great work. He’s fixed the washer, the dryer, the refrigerator, and the oven, all at different times over the years. He is quick, professional, very knowledgeable, and is a very friendly guy. He’s the only one I call whenever I have any appliance issues!

5-STARS all the way. Fast. Efficient. Knowledgable. Communicative. My dryer broke down and on a Saturday morning no less! I googled options for repair. Called and left a msg, thinking ‘good luck’ right? Well, I got a call back early afternoon and was offered an appointment on Sunday! Flat rates, fair and upfront. Travis promptly came out Sunday morning, accessed what was wrong, had the parts on his truck, and proceeded to fix my dryer! Back in business with barely a day downtime. This is unheard of in the states and even more so in Hawaii. 100% trust and recommend this company.

An appliance miracle on Big Island Hawaii! I called Travis on a Saturday evening, he had my dryer apart at 8:30 Sunday morning, diagnosed its death, and installed a new one Sunday afternoon same day! Travis was prompt and professional, and stuck around to make sure that the details of each thing truly broken or working checked out. He made me feel like I wasn’t an idiot for the oven not lighting even though it would for him when he first inspected it. Once he stuck around for a bit and kept looking, the problem came back and he was able to diagnose and find a solution.

Catastrophe adverted… we are new home owners in Keauhou area and had out of town guests and our fridge stopped working. Travis was able to get here first thing the next morning and did a great job fixing the problem with professionalism, courtesy and island spirit. Much aloha, Travis.

We've called Travis at PropertyTech three times over the past few months for different issues with our washer, cooktop and refrigerator. Each time he has been prompt, professional and fixed the issue. Most recently, with our fridge, he didn't have the part immediately on hand. So he put together a home-built fix that would take care of the issue until the part arrived a week later. Spectacular! Travis has been terrific; he's extremely patient and does a terrific job of explaining the issue and his proposed solution. The service call cost is very, very reasonable, especially for here on the big island.
