Proper Access is PROPER AWESOME! The crew that did my install, lead by Sean, was super timely and super professional. Despite the home I'm living in being a rental, they treated it like it was my own and took great care to make the install CLEAN and minimally disruptive. Because the house is older it presented some unique challenges, but that did not deter Sean and his amazing crew. They explained 'the why' behind what they were installing and gave me an easy to understand breakdown of the system. I like the option that they will be able to troubleshoot issues remotely and won't leave me hanging for prolonged periods of time. If you prefer your Wi-Fi network equipment sloppily installed and strewn throughout your home, with wires and hardware shoddily secured (if at all), and a sketchy verification of functionality, then Proper Access is NOT for you! Do it cleanly. Do it securely. Do it PROPERLY! Proper Access is the way to go! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have lived in edgewater under Rem Commercial for the past year and a half. My internet/ wi-fi has been managed by Proper Access Company - Ohio. They have the best customer service and are always quick to help with any problems I may be having. My internet has never gone out; and they have also called to help me set up my home camera etc.. I am more than pleased to say this is the best utility company I have ever had. A definite 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
