Proof. Once you walk into this place and meet the staff you will see the proof of this 5 star review. One of the hardest working huge smiled staff workers I have ever met was the gentleman behind the bar. I believe his name was Brandon. Even though I sat at the bar to eat this day alone the servers also came by to say hi and see how my experience had been. Brandon engaged in conversation with me and it was a very enjoyable lunch. The food was outstanding and the drinks were well made. I want to thank every member for doing such an outstanding job. Your owners to managers and general manager to the staff are doing an outstanding job running this place. It felt like they just all clicked and got along perfectly. This is rare to see in a staff. Unfortunately because I was enjoying my experience so much I forgot to take pictures. Update: went back and had the fish tacos which seemed to be prepared fresh. Big flavor that was amazing every bite paired with an espresso martini.

Stopped in on our drive through heading from Oregon to Idaho. Based our order after reading reviews. My husband and I split both the smoked pork nacho and the BBQ burger. The burger was filled will wonderful combination of unique flavors of heat and sweetness. I am a heat whip and though it wasn't overly spicy, I was glad I had a glass of water to cool my tongue. Like I said I am a heat whip. The burger did not have an overpowering flavor of BBQ which I appreciated as I am not a fan of BBQ sauce on burgers so ordering this was outside my norm. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. My husband was nervous about the slaw on it and he too loved it. The nachos also were amazing. Loved the queso and creama! The Lavender Honey Bees Knees cocktail was a special one. We we asked about the drink our server had the bartender come to our table to tell us about it. I was pleasantly surprised he took the time to share how he makes this special concoction! Definitely highly recommend! We stopped in on a Thursday about 12:30 for lunch. We were seated right away. The service was prompt and courteous with a couple remarks that made me chuckle.

When my husband and I arrived you walk right into what is the liquor room/cabinet. There were 2 gentleman working but no great. The hostess stand is in an awkward area. We were greeted and then told to pick any seat. The server just didn’t seem to care if we were there. Got us waters and asked if we wanted anything else to drink. When he came back to the table with water we ordered right away. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time of ordering. We ordered the taco truck tots with chicken and a patty melt. It took 20 mins to get the food and then when we did the taco truck tots were over cooked, over seasoned, no queso and the chicken was over seasoned and a weird texted. The patty melt was dry, over done and the bread was hard. The fries that came with the patty melt were under cooked. It’s a cool place and could be good place to go but this experience was not good. It’s super dark in the restaurant, both of the gentleman seemed like they didn’t want to be there. They have this shelving next to the host stand with all their cleaning products and to go boxes. Was just cluttered and seems unprofessional for the customers to see.

Quality and excellence that hits above the price point. I don’t know why this isn’t a 5 star average spot. The cocktails and burgers are killer.

Had a wonderful lunch date with my wife at Proof Gastropub. The food was exceptional, but one drink stood out above all else. My wife asked Brandon (the fantastic bartender) to make a Gin-based cocktail, and received her new favorite drink. He presented an amazing version of the Prohibition Bees Knees. The lavender color and hint of vanilla on the lemon wheel pairs with the mild sweetness of honey and gin in a phenomenon you MUST experience. My wife had three and said she could have spent the afternoon drinking them. Proof might be our new regular date spot because of this drink. The chips and guac, fish and chips, and old fashioned were also great. Give them a try, and I think you'll find yourself satisfied at the end of your meal.

The food was great, alcohol was consistent, and the waiter was receptive and responsive. We will definitely want to come here again.

The Jalepeno Popper burger here is hands down the best burger I have ever had. DDD needs to come and help put these folks on the map. Atmosphere is great with the views from the top of the building and service is always quick and friendly. Good beer, wine and spirit collection as well.

Love this place and just found out I can double the steak on the salad! Steak salad is always on point. The service is great and friendly. It just takes a while to get food sometimes, so if you're in a rush, let them know or wait for another time to go. I think in total we were there for about two hours.
