So I'm really cautious about where I take my computers. I highly highly recommend Prompt Technology. Had difficulty with it being so clogged up I couldn't even get on the internet. I took it in and almost immediately Dow had diagnosed the problem. Communication and speed of service were excellent as Josh called and gave me progress reports. Computer was fixed quickly. Got it home and it is smooth! Definitely would recommend them!! Will go to them next time for sure.

I have been having an ongoing problem with my Service Pro computer and my Hp printer. They don't like each other and my printer wouldn't print. I print a lot so I really missed my printer. We are Geek Squad members so I called Geek Squad and they tried twice remotely to correct the problem to no avail so we scheduled two appointments for Geek Squad visits and it would look like the problem was solved but it wasn't. I found Prompt Technology online and I called and scheduled a home visit. Josh came out and he found a way for my printer to work. It is great to have a printer again! Prompt Technoloy and Josh are my "go to" computer repair solutions from now on!
My daughter gaming pc needed repair and I really didn't know where to take it too. Fortunately I found this place and Josh was quick to diagnose the issue and fix it at a reasonable price!
They know their stuff, I had a friend whose computer got hacked, they were able to clean it up by remoting into his computer. They got it done very quickly. I was there with him at the time, I've used Prompt Technology many times in the past, for both personal and business.
Great service and affordable prices. Josh and Brad have straightened out many messes we've managed to make over the years with the various software applications we use in our business. We used them to set up our server and even had them build a PC for us. They are completely straightforward and trustworthy.
