I absolutely LOVED living there and would still live there if I could afford their one bedrooms! I lived in the Whitney model (2 bed 2.5 bath) with a roommate and absolutely LOVED it. We lived there for 3 years and I never had a single complaint! Jill and the whole management team go above and beyond for their tenants and really care about each person! Here you are more than just a number. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to live in the OP area ☺️

The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is top tier and always makes you feel like you are a priority! Kelsey, Carrie, and Jill are there for anything you need! Maintenance is quick to fix any issues even if it is user error lol! Compared to other complexes in the area nothing even compares to here. 10/10 would recommend, can’t say enough great things about living here!

We recently were taken on a tour of the Promontory apartment complex by Leasing Consultant Carrie Priest. We were blown away by the luxurious model apartment and amenities provided by the complex; from the year around open outdoor heated pool, outdoor theater for residents to view sporting events, multiple fire pits and grills, 24-7 weight room, and so much more. This is a multi-level complex with convenient indoor elevators. Underground garage parking is also available. Promontory was built in 2018 and is beautifully maintained. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. While touring, we ran across a resident picking up a package, and she voluntarily and cheerfully demonstrated the secured but convenient package lock box. I inquired how long she has been a resident, she said since June and couldn't be more pleased with the complex. Carrie Priest was a real pleasure to work with, her enthusiasm for Promontory was very evident as she took us on tour, this complex is a real gem for Overland Park, KS.

We moved here from out of town this summer, and choosing Promontory was the best decision we could've made. Kelsey, Carrie, and Jill are so kind. They made the entire process so smooth for us. They make sure you have everything you need, including a roll of toilet paper when you move in which saved us after our 10 hr drive haha! If you're looking for a great place to live, do not hesitate to get an apartment here. Our dog Jake gets so excited to go to the front office because he's always met with so much love. ❤️

Not a better place to live in Overland Park. The staff is second to none. Jill, Cary, and Kelsey truly care about each and every one of the residents. Please consider living here as you will be happy!

The most genuinely helpful, friendly staff I've ever encountered in all my years of renting and why I put down a deposit and will finally move in in July. The staff is just the beginning. The facility is brand-new but already has a real community feel about it. The amenities are outstanding and when comparing rent prices it is in the luxury category. In reality when you break out all the add-ins other complexes in Overland Park tack on, for not much more $$ you get exponentially more in a place to live. I will update my review once I am settled and have the 24-7 experience. Update: I'm now a resident for over 3 years! and still say this is a fantastic living experience. I love my apartment and all the options I have to either stay in and enjoy it or go out and meet my neighbors, who are diverse in every aspect. Another plus on the $$ side, due to the efficiency, my electric bill still an average of $100 a month less from my previous apartment (didn't have a washer and dryer there)! And after over 3 years , I cannot say enough about the staff! My past experience is that when looking for an apartment the staff you meet always act like they are your new bff. Once you move in , you are quickly moved to being ignored while they focus on the next candidate to move in. That is absolutely not the case at The Promontory. Jill is an outstanding manager who genuinely cares, as do leasing agents Kelsey andC. I literally do consider them all my friends. If you are looking to move, you owe it to yourself to check this place out!

I lived at Promontory Apartments for a little over a year from May 2022 - July 2023. If I wasn't moving to Texas for a new job I'd still be living there. Carrie gave me the tour and was great about helping me with the move-in process. Kelsey was there the day I signed my paperwork and she was very friendly and helpful. I didn't meet Jill until later on but she was VERY friendly and accommodating to my needs (they all shared these important qualities). I had a package delivered to promontory after I moved out and I emailed Jill about it and she texted me back immediately and sent it to my new address in Texas. They all went above and beyond to make sure living there was comfortable and fun. They had several events there, I wasn't able to attend all of them, but I was there for the watch party to see the Chiefs win the Super Bowl and Jill, Kelsey, and Carrie were there pouring free beers in the "cave" and hosted a fun and memorable time. I had one maintenance request while living there and it got handled by a courteous gentleman ( I can't remember his name). He usually had a smile on his face and said hi when passing by. The apartment complex was always clean and I never had a bad experience with the neighbors. I spent many days/nights hanging out by the pool and having good conversations with the neighbors. My apartment faced the pool and I never had an issue with noise. The office would communicate with the tenants quite regularly (via email) about respecting the other neighbors and enforcing the rules. I appreciated the effort they put into this. I always felt good about the privacy and security while living there. All-in-all I would highly recommend this apartment complex. Whenever my friends visited they commented on how nice it was and how good the common areas smelled! My brother stayed in the guest suite they offered when he visited me from Chicago and he was impressed on how nice it was. It exceeded his expectations and it was better than having to sleep on my couch. Bravo Promontory team! Thanks for an enjoyable living experience!

We stayed here for two years and loved every day of it. The staff is super nice, apartments are of great quality and the location is just perfect. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
