Lived here over a year now and can say it’s a very nice complex. Very quiet, and Feels safe. Noah is a wonderful maintenance man. Always has solutions to problems, and Is very kind whenever I have a maintenance request. He’s always kind whenever he’s fixing things and answers any questions that I may have. We’re very luck that he works here.

I've been here just over a week and I have nothing but good things to say. Love my new apartment, it was clean and maintained. I cannot say enough good things about Mary Beth in the leasing office! I let her know I needed a place asap, saw the apartment on a Wed afternoon, applied that evening and by 9:30 the next morning I was approved! Had the keys the next day! Everyone I've met have been very friendly and helpful, both employees and residents. And compared to many places, the prices are reasonable. I would recommend visiting to anyone looking for a place.

Grounds are nice, neighbors friendly. My husband and I moved here from Vermont in September of this year. We were very excited. Husband and I separated, after much turmoil. So now he remains on my lease. To get him off, I would need to prove I can afford this two bedroom on my income alone, which obviously I can not! Cannot break the lease without penalty even with a written letter. No longer financially qualify for this two bedroom. Charges 500 to change to a one bedroom. My base rent is 1411 which has turned into 1701.00 with late charges and extra fees. Needless to say this is not going to end well for me. My lesson, be prepared if something goes wrong. Know your rights as a tenant. Take pictures when you move in, I did. Good luck

Noah was on time and knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within minutes. He also diagnosed a dead light in my closet quickly and provided me with a tentative timeline of when it can be fixed! Very much appreciated!

All maintenance concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. Noah was polite and provided excellent explanations about the cause of each problem and the solution that was implemented. Outstanding service!!!

We used to love our community until recently. The property manager has recently taken it upon herself to hire some people to come out at night and shoot all of our Muscovy ducks with guns!!! Literally come in and slaughter them at night. And the plan is to continue once a week for the next 6 weeks. We had such a beautiful community and now it is desolate and depressing. We will NOT be renewing our lease based off of this cruelty alone. We have had to see dead and decapitated ducks lying around the property the next morning. There are more humane ways to control wildlife if it MUST happen, but they were not a problem, the people are the problem! So renters beware.

I moved in not to long ago. Has been a head ache with the long move but promenade not only made it easy, but also stress free by working with me and my schedule to get me situated and moved in. I had a few problems arise and the maintenance man Noah was here before I knew it when I had a water leak, was super friendly, and had it done within the hour. Definitely recommended if your looking for a nice suitable location in the area!

Moved here almost 4 years ago and it used to be peaceful and quiet until some guy moved in with 2 LOUD mustangs. So disappointing ;( I easily get overstimulated by noise so whenever I sit outside I have to wear headphones in case he starts one of his cars.
