I have been doing business with them since 2010. They are always prompt and very knowledable. They keep my personal and business computers up and running. Have had to use their express service and they were fast. Thank you for all you do for Savannah Marine, Inc.

Public service is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! I called to see about some computer repair, but because I have an out of state number and here for work, the first thing guy said was "oh hey telemarketer, or are you soliciting business? OH or are you someone we want to talk to?" Well NOT anymore am I someone you want to talk to, but I will talk to anyone else about this service, especially the locals that I do work with and tell them to AVOID this place like a plague!!

Thought they were just another store until I actually dealt with this place just once and I'm honestly a bit impressed. Through all of the holiday frustration surrounding the business from customers, and this establishment dealing with a little bit of my frustration as well, they still went the extra step for me. My motherboard quit working, they diagnosed the issue and called me within two hours of dropping of my PC, and ordered a new motherboard for me. The motherboard didn't show up within the estimated time given so they ordered another from a different supplier just to try and get it here sooner. That's the behind the scenes customer service that makes me lean towards small businesses.

I mean, not a good or bad review, hence the 3 stars. Called to get help with two things, one of which was kind of a long shot. Had asked if they could help package and ship some computer components for me, which they gave me advice over the phone about getting electrostatic bags which was great, but understandably they couldn’t help me with. But called in today asking if they could help repair a computer microphone, just a blue yeti mic. The USB on it is bad, the website advertises that they do usb repairs on phones and peripherals, which it shouldn’t be much different I would think, besides that you need to remove the knobs to take off the housing, instead of separating a phone. But the repair afterwards should be relatively the same. Trying to find ways to help out a small business besides the scenario in which I just have a computer part blow out that needs replacement. But finding it hard to use this one for stuff besides if I need an actual component of a computer replaced. Great customer service on the phones though. Nice as can be.

CJ answered the phone in a timely manner knstead of expecting a message. Great start! He was very forthcoming and helpful on the phone. Being an advanced user and amatuer builder, I was immediately convinced I could trust these guys since I lacked the hardware to do the diagnosis that was needed. At the store, Chris opened a new box just to test my CPU and confirmed my theory that it was either the Motherboard or CPU. The CPU worked, they returned the PC as before, and only charged me $25 for diagnosis. Now I know what part I need and how to fix it. If I don't end up doing it myself, I'll know who to trust for the job.

My spouse and I brought in our computer to get a new motherboard ordered and installed. We needed one that had the same abilities as the one we were getting replaced. The staff assured us that the motherboard they were ordering for us was comparable to the one we had brought in. It was not. They also charged us $250 for a $180 motherboard. That is a $70 mark up just for a part. It didn't even include the price to install the item. That cost us over 200 in and of itself. When I went in to the store to try to rectify the part discrepancy the staff were unhelpful. I honestly think we were scammed.

Brought a laptop in where the power button had been depressed in too hard. It would have been easy for CJ to say that it was impossible to get parts at that time and call it a day. Instead, he went the extra mile, took the computer apart and fixed the power button by hand. There are very few computer repair businesses that would have tried this hard. In the end the repairs were very reasonable and I'm very happy. These guys are the best! Don't hesitate to do business with them!

Took them a gaming PC that had purchased online that needed to be built and a laptop that needed updated....Took both of them on a Friday after lunch and was greeted courteously upon arrival at store. Was contacted about 2 hours later by Chris who explained to me what needed to be done on PC, price was very reasonable. Chris later contacted me to let me know that PC was finished and that I could pick up on Saturday which I did...was able to pick up laptop on Monday and it was also reasonably price for the repair. My advice to anyone who needs computer repairs is to try them and do not let any negative reviews deter you from them.....treat them reasonably and they will treat you the same.....highly recommended
