I ended up not going through with the repair due to life issues, but Frank didn’t even charge me. I would definitely recommend this spot to get any computer work done!
Frank is amazing! He has saved my bacon (and computer) twice. Once he brought it back from the brink of death and when I got a new computer he quickly transferred everything I needed and got the new one up and running smoothly. Even took a call later when I couldn't figure something out. Even better, his prices are exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Frank is great and knows his stuff. Can always provide a solution or a good recommendation if it is not something he specializes in. Always able to have things done in a timely manner even when not requested. A much better, great local option than the Geek Squad. Always reasonably priced and straightforward. Highly recommend.
I have to say this is by far the BEST place to go! Second time I've come in and only ever cost me at most 80 bucks. He looks at the computer before getting a price and to be honest that's way better because then you know your actually paying for what you need and not just some estimated price. Trust me instead of taking your desk top or laptop to best buy and pay 100 to 200 dollars just to look at it, come here instead and actually get your moneys worth! Customer service is amazing I dropped my laptop off thinking it would at least take about a day or two like best buy but no I got a call about 2 hrs later saying it was ready! The man was very nice to me and explained everything he did to fix it. Thats awesome! I've been scammed before with computer repair but this guy knows his stuff. HIGHLY RECCAMEND! :D
