Professor Cool provided excellent maintenance service for my air conditioning. They scheduled the service at my earliest time. Alex arrived my place on time, checked the equipment and even taught me some basic knowledge about it. He always gave some valuable and practical suggestions (no pushing clients to replace components). His work is not only professional but also thoughtful. Although I never asked for (and not really care about), he is one of the few service providers who took off their shoes when stepping in my house, I definitely appreciate it! Would recommend Professor cool to anyone who is looking for air conditioning maintenance service.

I have been using Professor Cool for about 5 years now. I have an older home (120 yrs) and it's drafty and the AC is fairly old but they have kept it running, gave me good advice and good pricing and always have great technicians. They are on time and wonderful with communication.

Excellent service. From the initial call with Danny to completion with Anthony. Great communication. Kept me informed on ETA. Kept me informed on diagnosis and completion of work. BUT.... when Anthony asked for a broom to sweep up the floor, I thought I was in the twilight zone. In the 28 years of living on my own, renting or owning, I have NEVER had a service provider offer to clean up after the job was complete. Nonetheless, satisfied to say the least!.

Alex is also precise and professional. The owners are always friendly when we call. Alex did an amazing job fixing our air-handler and fan, last week when we were in need.
