Excellent service. Robert took the time to help me understand what he was doing - to show me what needed to be replaced (springs, pulleys, and brackets) and why. He had to come out twice, but he only charged a service fee for one visit, and he made a few adjustments that he didn’t charge me for. He also showed me how to do regular maintenance/lubrication to keep the doors running smoothly. Extremely satisfied with Robert’s work!

Great service. Can out same days to evaluate the busted torsion spring. Decided to replace all 3 for the garage doors. Came back the next day and repaired/replaced them all. Quick service and extremely affordable. Looking to replace our garage doors with Robert in the near future. Would recommend without hesitation!
Pro-Tech responded to a request for an estimate very quickly and the quote came in much more affordable than other local door installers. He also showed up promptly on time as promised and went the extra mile to track down the correct parts and to make a custom installation in a very unique and tricky spot. He was very open to giving advice and recommendations on what to do with our project. He showed years of industry expertise and I couldn't be happier with the results of our two new doors. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Called Pro Tech Services to have the springs on my door replaced. He was awesome, told me he would be at my house around 10am and rolled in at 10:10am.
